Village Hotel Walsall

This is the second Village Hotel i have stayed at, and like the first i have been more than happy with my stay. Stylish, spacious, well equipped rooms. Slight security issue where a drunk man not staying at the hotel banging on doors. Great place. Will stay again

Beautiful hotel, in a good location. Went for an event. Catering was really good. Bar was a little pricey but wouldn't deter me from returning. Would reccomend x

Went to use the pool and sauna. Very nice changing rooms. Pool large enough for two lane swims and free swim. Jucuzzi, steam room and sauna all good. Really good value for £10 a person entry (which I think includes the gym).

We have stayed over 2 nights and everything was perfect. The food is very tasty and rooms very clean. The staff very friendly and polite! Great place to spend a relaxing time.

Beautiful hotel. Everything is lovely and clean and tidy. The staff here are all polite and helpful. The food is delicious. Definitely recommend.

Sunday Carvery - Myself and my Husband went along for a carvery. First impressions very good, great selection of starters, main had a distinct lack of vegetables needs at least one more and Yorkshire puddings were tasteless and crumbling. However staff all very happy, polite and couldn't do enough. If they perfected these issues it would be the best around! Pudding (how could i forget!) Good variety apple crumble, cheesecake, chocolate mousse waffles freshly made or ice cream with every topping going!

Went for Easter (Sunday) dinner. Generally good, although the only "green veg" available was cabbage and sprouts. Meat was excellent and the range of starters good too. Staff also very pleasant. Give me some broccoli or green beans and it would probably have been a 5* rating!!

Above the average hotel with reasonable prices. Very nice pool / sauna / steam room / gym in the basement available to the guests for free.
Free wifi in rooms.
Breakfast, however, is nothing to write home about.
Watch out if your room is facing south: the hum from the machinery on the roof can be quite annoying, especially if you want to have tour window open.

Great hotel lovely staff and facilities. Really comfy bed nice for love making. Always stay at the village.
