Bought a 1yr old M135i back in Jan from start to finish great service, I had a couple of warranty issues which were all resolved in fast, speedy, professional and curtious manner. The staff at Guildford and Gatwick have been great. As for the warranty work I had it explained why one issue could not be resolved and reasons for it, But to be honest is was an issue that would fall under the saying #1stworldproblems. Also yesterday the car had its first ever service and again top service provided by the team. Thank you.

Having bought an M4 from new from this dealership every interaction since has been subpar.



Including a diabolical smart repair to the front bumper in which the response was “that’s the quality you get” despite before confirmed the work I questioned the standard of finish and was not as described.



Have been up sold on the cars first MOT as I have a 5 year service pack to which conveniently wasn’t cover in that nor the warranty. The service team didn’t follow up unless I chased for the status of works.



Despite walking round the car with the service manager and confirming no damage the car then had marks on a alloy wheel on collect which I am still to receive my call back on how they want to resolve the issue despite being informed I would hear with them as a matter of urgency.



Now to find out that when I was stranded the said work they did take out during its mot meant they had to remove a wheel and they have decided not to replace the locking wheel nut in the car with no alternative option on a Sunday but to not use the car.



In all, great sales service but diabolical service and after sales customer service and would struggle to recommend the franchise.

Today at 1715 we found out our car that had been put in for brakes and a full service was not being returned until potentially the end of Summer 18. Apparently there is a recall notice that they have no fix for and we were not advised just told by vines your car is in bits and you are not getting it back. No way of getting home tonight and been offered a like for like swap .... a BMW Msport convertible for a Ford KA automatic.... seriously....not even a mini !!! I would strongly recommended You double check before taking your car in. FYI rejected the ford KA and awaiting a like for like replacement.

Bought a used 2 series from vines Gatwick, after driving the car for a few days I came to realise that the wiper jets were blocked. I took the car back and was accused of filling the washer bottle up myself and causing this problem. Took me two attempts to tell the service team (as no one made any effort to talk to me or call me back) that the PDI of the car before collection can't have been done properly as the problem would have been found if the car had been checked properly.

When picking the car up after having the wiper jets cleaned the car had oily and dirty marks all over the drivers door and wing despite me giving the go ahead for it to be cleaned.

Received a call asking how the work went and I explained about the marks etc and was told it'll be booked in for a complimentary clean, I turned up today for the appointment which was made and found out the nobody knew anything about it and it hadn't even been booked in.



Won't be buying from BMW Vines ever again
