Really enjoy being a member. Great, facilities approachable staff. The trainers that teach the classes I attend are professional, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. It was good to see the new manager Antony walking around speaking to members and getting feedback. Ive been a member at other gyms over the years and this is so far the best. Well done Virgin!

I have made some great friends since I joined in July and my health and fitness has improved the staff are friendly and always seems to go the extra mile for you and answer any question were possible . the only thing I would like is some who able to do bio-signature test which I found intresting in my old gym

Love working out here and the friendliness of everyone but fed up with noisy unruly kids running riot in the cafe area. They have a play area, running around tables and chairs is ridiculous and an accident waiting to happen.

I love going to this gym but I find the noise awful yesterday while having a coffee children screaming in that play area at the end ,I wasn't the only one either a few people walked out and left there drinks! There wasn't any one supervising them to try to stop the screaming.not good really when you pay a lot of money to go there.

I love being a member here but feel that in order for it to have 5 stars the crèche needs to have a better booking system as I struggle to get the children in and normally when I’m on reserve they always get a space as lots of people cancel last minute I feel that an online booking system would work much better as you can cancel automatically instead of getting through on the phone. The other point is the showers need a refurb xx

I have been a member here for a while and on the whole I like it one thing gets me down and that is the amount of children who run around in the changing room even though they have a family changing room this really needs looking at the noise is deafening at times

Good gym with good equipment, facilities and trainers. Only thing stopping it getting 5 stars is the changing rooms and shower rooms could do with updating and/or refurbish

No air con for about 6 weeks now! Awful customer service from head office and Thunderseley gym itself!

I cannot believe that Virgin Active gyms discriminate against age!! The lad sitting next to me can join for £36 but because I am older I have to pay £53!! This is like charging different for men and women! AGEIST!
