As our award winning flagship lounge, this really is the Clubhouse of all Clubhouses. Its sumptuous, chilled surroundings enhance your enjoyment whether you want to relax, work, play, sup or dine – we're confident it offers the ultimate haven before your flight.
You can go all out with a last minute trim, a lush facial at the Cowshed Spa or a Bellini from the Cocktail Bar. Or simply lounge on a chaise longue with a bite to eat while you check your emails. There's so much to enjoy you'll be reluctant to leave, but happily the luxury doesn’t stop once you're in the air.

What a beautiful place. My husband and I were thrilled to be able to spend a couple of hours there before flight home to US. We so much enjoyed being able to have a sitdown meal with great service.
What a beautiful clubhouse! The service was prompt, and the breakfast was excellent. The chairs were very comfortable and the restrooms were spotless. I did not get a chance to use the spa on site. My only complaint is that I did not give myself more time to spend there.
The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. All of the American airlines could learn a lot. My preference for transatlantic flight is always Virgin Atlantic.
The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse provides an excellent experience in international travel. The facilities are well designed, with the food and beverage choices carrying through on the highest standards of quality theme that is prevalent. I particularly enjoyed the eggs royale and a glass of champagne courtesy of Virgin ... I find myself wondering if I should arrive earlier next time just to enjoy this memorable club a little bit longer before takeoff.
I've been to so many lounges. This is by far the best!!! I always go early to the airport just to spend more time here! The spa, the food, the drinks, all 5 star!
I travelled to New York and found this to be the best ever way to travel!

Fantastic lounge. Nice ambiance and menu choices. The clubhouse in Heathrow is a huge step up from the third party lounge you have to use in Hong Kong when flying with a Virgin Atlantic.
Fabulous and the burger is absolutely delicious! The staff are super friendly and always offering their services. By far the best lounge I've been in!
Excellent start to a unique holiday. The staff made you feel so special with a friendly touch the service could not be better.The food was superb so much choice. Vast selection of drinks. Great view from windows. Free wifi , newspapers and magazines. It was so relaxing would certainly like to visit again.
Best airport lounge Ever... had a brilliant hair treatment, head massage, wash and blow dry for free. Only negative unruly kids making mischief and parents couldn't care less

As I wait to board a flight back to States after 4 weeks in Europe. This lounge is by far the best I have been to. Much better than the lounge in Terminal 4 (Heathrow). Do not have too much to investigate all the offerings, yet one look and it is convincingly better than most if not all the other lounges @ Heathrow

Amazing Lounge probably one of the best. The Heathrow Lounge is relaxed with great food selection, drinks and spa. A great start to no doubt, an amazing journey with Virgin Atlantic.
Very nice lay out! The spa was amazing I felt so good after my facial and lovely staff. The waitress staff need to understand us better! We asked for 3 breakfasts and only 2 cane out and had to ask for our drink again as we didn't get it! Other than that nice lounge
The clubhouse in London is the best I've been to. I would say over the years it has changed and the reason for the 4/5 rating rather than 5/5 is because this last time it felt like the food had gone down hill a bit and become more 'productised'. Overall brilliant though!
On the one hand, the food is excellent. Some of the servers are very slow to notice you though, which isn't good when you are on a travel schedule. The spa/salon there is excellent. I was able to get my hair washed and styled (minimalist) and had a great cappuccino and croissant while in the clubhouse. Everything was really clean and comfortable.
