DEAR RETURNING MEMBER Its possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of returning to mine or anyones SW group this week and next week. And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I havn't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic". These feelings are w...hat keep us down but REST ASSURED that in mine, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms. And MOST important there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world) So, returning members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2019 could be the best year of your life.
