It's Monday - the start of a new week with new goals to achieve. If last week didn't quite go to plan, don't look back and dwell on that as things can't be perfect all of the time.
Instead, why not take a moment today to write down what you want to achieve by the end of the week and remember to set aside some quality time for you!

Setting aside time over the weekend to sit down and plan for the week ahead with realistic and achievable goals (preferably in a quiet space where you can really focus) can really make a huge difference to how productive you will be!
I used to try and 'do it all' by setting myself far too many goals but by doing this, I felt totally miserable and disappointed when I couldn't achieve them - I felt like I'd failed!
Now I have learned to set goals that I can really focus on achi...eving and by doing this I feel inspired and motivated. I am succeeding!! 😁
As a Virtual Assistant, I help many entrepreneurs and small businesses with their day to day admin. This gives them the time they need to focus on their goals which will help grow their business. I help them by:
⭐️scheduling phone calls and 1-2-1 sessions with their clients ⭐️keeping their database up to date with new clients etc ⭐️creating newsletters and email campaigns ⭐️updating their social media with photos and latest news ⭐️responding to email enquiries and sending out promo info ⭐️keeping track of blog posts ⭐️researching their competitors ⭐️designing and sending out customer questionnaires
