Writing this review started with a question. Did we have a good experience? The question should have read are we HAVING a good experience! For the simple reason that Vision Marketing is exactly that. Matt's approach is very much working with you not just for you. Having been seriously let down, overcharged and left completely disillusioned by another "provider", meeting Matt has been a night and day experience for us and has proved to be a starting point to the most astonishing turnaround for my Company's digital presence.



From a 2 hour informal, initial meeting (with plenty of coffee) :-) and a proposal presented to me in such a way that even as I opened it up to read it my reaction was "That's what I want for my customers!" it was pretty clear that Matt's pride and clarity of thought on all aspects of what's important and what required the most focus was exactly what we needed.



Having accepted the proposal and looking forwarded to the next phase of the process and with our "then current" site just about on it's knees, it took just a single, late, (sorry Matt) panic stricken phone call from me that proved beyond any doubt that I'd found the perfect partner in Vision Marketing to put my company back on the map! Matt that quite literally saved the day with his skill and ingenuity by getting a solution in place THAT EVENING! after we lost all service completely through a denial of service incident! Talk about timing!



I had started to investigate the options of creating a site myself with the WIX platform (you've seen the TV ad's right?) and had in fact started a replacement site myself at Christmas, adamant that I'd have it up and running for when we returned to work in January. Who was I kidding! Was I running a business or was I now a web designer! To find out that Matt was a WIX professional at our first meeting was just insane! not to mention the most genius stroke of good fortune that pretty much sealed the deal. While chaos reigned, he calmly explained how we could get what I'd created "switched over" created all the necessary "behind the scenes" infrastructure and we were back up and running (albeit a little more "streamlined"!) for customers to at least see my company again the following morning.



Temporary solution now thankfully gone, a solid foundation and what I can only describe as the most beautifully designed project now firmly underway together with a root and branch overhaul of all things horrible! I'm now looking forward to the future with anticipation and excitement instead of fear and trepidation. I'm going to report back in six months with an update on what life with a "Vision" is really like!
