Vito Construction Ltd. (VCL) was founded in December 2013; we are the coming together of several likeminded tradesmen and related companies. VCL effectively market the services of their own staff and a range of highly competent building companies and independent tradesmen. We offer Refurbishments / Renovations, Demolition / Strip outs, Extensions, loft and garage conversions with the backing of experience and a customer service levels second to NONE. We intend to pro-actively market our services through several media though predominantly direct marketing. In conjunction with our partners we can offer the highest quality of service and construction practice at competitive prices.

The founding directors are from the construction and home improvement industries Our aim is to offer bespoke work designed by expert professionals and built to exceed Building Regulations. We no longer require a full Planning Approval to perform these works so we can act quickly and reduce the cost of the planning process and the timescales between design and construction. We can tailor work to meet our customer’s needs and budget. We offer frank and open advice on your ideas and even advise on the likelihood of achieving your goals before you spend anything at all! We even offer a design only service which allows you to use our knowledge and tradesmen you already know.

All our direct employees have over 10 years experience in their specific trades and a minimum of 5 years experience in the domestic “improvements” market. Our sub-contractors have a long standing relationship with the company executives and share our opinion that the customer is truly “King”. All come with independent recommendations from customers, are fully insured and where necessary certified to carry out the work we give them. We do not cut corners and can sometimes seem dear by comparison to our competitors. We do not intend to be the cheapest we aim to be the best! We offer an “end to end” service and wish to grow through recommendation.
