Super proud of my client Lucy. She started her healthy lifestyle change last Saturday. At her initial weigh in she was 16st 2lb. We had a fantastic first PT session where I tested Lucyโs fitness levels by pushing her out of her comfort zone and she excelled herself.
Lucy has been following a calorie controlled healthy eating plan and with her persistence in the gym has lost an amazing 7lb in her first week. Lucy realises and understands that this will not be case going forwa...rd and that a healthy 1 or 2lb a week is best.
