We are a local HR Consultancy, providing uncomplicated support and advice to small businesses. We can help ensure that you have all the correct HR documentation, including Employment Contracts, policies and procedures and we can ensure that these comply with current employment legislation.
We can also support you with any employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and absence issues.
We can also help businesses with recruitment and selection, coaching and mentoring, change management, equality and diversity, job evaluations and all other HR matters.
