Very impressed had my third tattoo done at Vivid Ink, for the first time of my daughter back in 2015, still to this day I get strangers appreciating the fine detail work. Very happy with the overall service I have received from vivid ink (Walsall). I had my first tattoo here this time last year and I’ve continued coming here ever since. I’d like to specially thank Ben Spittle who has designed each of my tattoos so that they are a one off. He is very patient when creating these designs, even when I can make my suggestions sound complicated. He has nearly completed a sleeve on myself with each part of it being in great detail and it blends in perfectly. All of the other members of staff are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. I have already recommended my friends and family to vivid ink and I’d continue to make these recommendations ��

Myself and my boyfriend travelled from Sheffield to get tattooed by Kris, and he didn't disappoint! I'm absolutely blown away by the artwork he's done and felt 100% comfortable throughout. I had a large back piece tattooed, and Kris was very attentive to my preferences and the awkward space he had to work with; I could not be happier with the outcome and can't wait to extend it further. Thank you so much for your time and effort.

As well as Kris, both Ben and Richie were great too :) you all made us welcome in the studio and we genuinely enjoyed our day with you!

Absolutely love the sleeve Kris has done for me, lovely friendly team, made me feel really comfortable, well worth the 3 hour drive!

Don't normally like leaving bad reviews but I've visited this studio a number of times and even sent my mom there for her tattoo and just found the staff rude every single time almost like they're better than you just because they're tattooists. Work they do is good, quite average, not bad but not good enough for how arrogant they are.



HOWEVER the girl who does the piercing is lovely and really knows what she's doing. Great for piercing !

Terrible customer service, never answered the phone when required & rarely answered emails. I had approx. 4/5 sessions booked and had to cancel all. The Manager was the only person who cared about the brand & apologised about the bad service I had received. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend nor use Vivid Ink again...
