My approach to life is a joyful one. I see adventure as life-affirming and mind-broadening, even every day little adventures. We all need partners on this journey and at some places we need guidance and mentorship. I offer this mentorship. It comes in the form of hypnotherapy, Bach Flower essences and Laughter Therapy as well as counselling and common sense. I like to question everything and look at things in a different way. That's all it takes to turn a situation around. I am now running Virtual Gastric Band courses using powerful and effective hypnosis.
