Very poor customer service would not recommend using this company for your business telephones. Very confident and willing to help when signing you in yet as soon as you have an issue with your phone they are very reluctant to help or support your business in resolving a matter. Full of excuses and very poor communications. Unhelpful account manager who suddenly became helpful when believed the account could be up for renewal, acknowledged that the service had been anything but adequate - suggested bridges could be mended however only to sign us in yet again and not attend to the original complaint or issues - more excuses.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Sometimes you get what you pay for and whilst they may say they are saving you money on your bills / monthly line rental in fact its costs you more in the long run. Stay away and look elsewhere.
