Went for a massage with my mam today after a few rough days and wow...they found knots I didn't even know I had in my back and shoulders, it was a 30 minute treatment and it felt like 10 minutes!! I'll deffo be back!!

Totally enjoyed my spa pedicure & foot massage with Katie, she made me feel very welcome and the attention to detail was just fab. I dont take the time for many beauty treatments but when I do I will be returning to Vibralife.

Top marks for this innovative gym and beauty salon. "Thinking outside the box" is their slogan and it works for me. No torture machines but vibraplates instead which, when you get used to exercising on them, are beneficial in speeding up your metabolism thereby giving an hours worth of workout in only 20 minutes. Classes are varied and supervised by trainers who give encouragement during each session. There are also time slots where you can do your own routine instead of joining in a class.



Elena and Katie are great beauticians. I had 3 Hopi ear candle sessions and came away feeling fantastic.



There is ample parking and a welcoming atmosphere when you walk through the doors. (No nasty gym smells here!) Lana and her team are second to none when it comes to organising social events. A chance for those early morning people to meet the ones who prefer to workout later in the day.



Last but not least, the Spa Capsule is incredible. It uses a system of water jets to provide a relaxing (dry) full body massage. Not to be missed as a regular part of your exercise routine and great after a workout.

Thank you for my champagne facial and hot stones massage which I was lucky enough to win in the Valentine’s Day competition. I can honestly say that the treatments I have received this morning are some of the nicest I have ever had and my skins looks and feels amazing! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and will be back again soon x

Once again an excellent visit. Vicci was doing my infills for my Lash Perfect Eyelashes - love them and I've had so many compliments. I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, Vicci done great with these too - she had her work cut out as I told her I wanted my eyebrows like hers - wow success.

My daughter and I had a manicure for a birthday treat. They were really flexible on appointment times. During our treatment the staff were very attentive and friendly making us feel very special. They were very professional and have very high standards. Very pleased.

Had my second appointment today with Joanne for the firming up baby belly she is fantastic results are amazing already so really can't wait to see the end results. Joanne makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. from the minute you walk through the door seeing Vanessa on reception to going through to the treatment room and back out again they make you feel so welcome.

Had my maintenance appointment yesterday on my stomach and felt great. It is good to keep up the good results after the course finished to firm up. Feel fitter and needing a smaller size in clothes. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging and I am looking forward to my next appointment.
