Hi, I'm Vlad

Six years ago, I was exactly where you are now – not knowing where to start, what to eat, what exercises to do. Or maybe you’ve already started but don’t see the results you’re expecting and can’t find the motivation to move forward. I know it’s tough and there’s a way out.

I was very skinny all my life but when I moved to London I gained 20kg. And yes, it didn’t happen overnight. I was going through so many new challenges: building my life from scratch in a new country and trying to take care of my future when I realised I forgot to take care of the most important thing – my own body and health.

My confidence went down, I was clueless and depressed. At that moment I used to work long hours at a restaurant, while studying for my career. I was eating food on the go and tons of sweets to compensate for the hard work but this eventually made me feel even more tired and cranky. It was time to make a change, but just like everyone else, I was so overwhelmed that I felt it wasn’t worth even trying.

I tried dieting, calorie counting, wraps, long hours on a treadmill… Nothing seemed to work. I started and stopped a hundred times because I was doubting myself and was scared to FAIL.

After 4 years of trial and error, I found what’s working and what’s not. I got into the best shape of my life and discovered new inspiration in studying fitness and nutrition. After helping hundreds of other people to change their bodies, I chunked down everything you need to know and created this 12-WEEK FITHABIT PLAN.

Vlad is an absolute legend! Not only was he 100% committed to me during our training sessions, it was the follow up during the week to keep me motivated. We all think we know how to eat well and work out, but Vlad changes it up and keeps your lifestyle change entertaining throughout your journey. I'd recommend him to all levels of fitness.

Vlad is a great coach! He makes you work hard but time flies with him. He encourages you all the way while pushing you to go the extra mile that feels so rewarding in the end! He is very good advise, very resourceful (he showed me how to train in my living room using my sofa and stairs as props - who needs to go to the gym, right!) . He is just a delight to train with!

If you only knew me before, it would have been so easy to tell how much he helped to change my life, my relationship with food and my body. Vlad is one of those coaches who really care, who are there to listen, support you when things get tough and make you laugh when you feel like you want to cry. For more than 10 years, I've been living in the same cycle of putting on weight during the winter, losing it briefly over the summer, then back on, continuously thinking about food as it was the most important thing in my life. Dieting since age of 14 almost ruined my digestive system, my skin, my ability to enjoy life, but thanks to him I now I eat more than before and rarely think about it, my stomach is not bloated, and I go to exercise because I like it, not because I need to. I wake up with excitement in the morning, finally having energy to do things I always wanted to do and feeling confident no matter what I wear. His coaching programme is totally different from anything you might have seen because it helps you to learn, take ownership of your health and also have fun in the process!!! I not afraid of food or the gym anymore, this programme makes things simple, because it helps you to restore your natural relationship with food, you eat because you need to, and you train because you feel great! It's a positive change for life :)

I've been training with Vlad for the past 5 months, and I'm pretty sure I will keep doing so for the rest of the year. My primary goal is to lose weight and he has been really helpful in guiding me through how to eat properly and healthily. The most important lesson I've learn is that you don't have to starve yourself in order to lose weight! It's all about change of your lifestyle. Of course, the workout session also helps big time. If you want a personal trainer who can motivate you, care about you, and set a good example, Vlad is the one you can count on. I'm really impressed by his professionalism, his attitude, and his knowledge/expertise. I've been very happy with the result I'm seeing in myself. :)

I would recommend Vlad's program to everyone! For a lot of reasons. His training plans are amazing, I feel like I am getting so much more out of my workouts now I'm following the plan. The added videos and tips for each exercise are incredibly useful and have given me the confidence to try new things at the gym (note: the plan is tailored to you so can involve home workouts instead of gym workouts if needed). As soon as I start to feel the rewards of the workouts, the next phase comes along and I have all new workouts and must work harder to master them. Really makes you enjoy pushing yourself.

I also love how Vlad helps to build healthy eating habits rather than giving you a strict diet plan to stick to. For me this works so much better as I find diet plans are often time consuming and costly. In addition, it makes you think differently about food and not just blindly follow a plan. Vlad comes up with a lot of exciting meal and snack ideas and is worth following on social media for ideas.



Finally, I think one of the best things about the plan is Vlad himself! It really feels as if you have your own personal trainer. He is super friendly and approachable, and is keen to answer all questions and give advice beyond the plan. The emails you receive whilst on the plan are motivational and hold a lot of good tips for living a healthier lifestyle, but I would also encourage everyone to get in touch with Vlad whilst they're using the program. He's such a nice guy and very supportive. I think if I had carried on with my lifestyle without the plan... yeah I would have still gone to the gym and would have also tried to eat healthy. But no way would I have got the same results, as my workouts are sooo much more efficient now and I understand a lot more about nutrition. I can already see results in how I feel and how I look. I started Vlad Simanel's 12-week Fit habit plan a month and a half ago being very concerned with my weight jumping up and down. My age is very complicated because of the hormonal deficit, so the usual meal plan and work out did not give results any more. My goal was not just to lose 3 kilos, but to keep my weight stable and on track. I started to make the exercises every other day, they looked simple but they are actually very well planned and extremely effective. The recipes and the principals of the offered nutrition plan made it easy to eat with pleasure and not being hungry all the time. I find the psychological support that Vlad provided with his e mails 2 times a week very useful and coming just in time. It seemed he knew all the temptations and difficulties that a person who would like to lose weight faces, including alcohol, snacks, craving, eating out and even the relations that ruin the motivation to be healthy and fit. Now I cannot imagine my day without the exercises that I could make anytime and everywhere: at home, at the office, in the park. So far I have lost 2 kilos and I feel energized and self-esteemed that I could have the weight I wanted and the pleasures of the good food together regardless of the challenges of the age.

For the last 5 years I have noticed that I have been gaining weight, feeling tired and I had poor self esteem with the way I look. I decided to the gym but still wasn't getting the results I wanted. Then I saw Vlad's 12 week program. I was ready for a change and Vlad's programme was packed with educational tools about nutrition, great recipes and portion size. The education about portion size was the biggest eye opener and truly transform the way I eat. Vlad is a very excellent coach he is always there to help me with my exercise techniques and gives me a lot of support and encouragement especially those times when I made mistakes or feeling down. Vlad's app was very useful, I totally love it! It gave me the independence to watch the workout to see the correct form before performing it. It also allowed me to record what I was eating and it had an excellent range and educational tool. After the 5th week I began see changes in my body and eating habits had changed. After 9 weeks and was very happy with my body transformation and new lifestyle with dieting. I strongly recommend Vlad's 12 week programme especially if you want a lifestyle change that will transform your body and mind.

Firstly Thank you, thank you for encouraging me, believing in me, supporting me and sharing your knowledge.

I have found this 12 weeks not a diet but a lifestyle change, which I plan to continue, I’ll be honest I found the exercise part the hardest but I was practically immobile for a full year so I had to build up slowly the intense workout is still a hard for me to do but I keep going the best I can, struggle and determination actually helped. I found the exercise set out really well and easy to follow. The food side was a lot easier than I thought and I was pleasantly surprised. Food I have never even heard of I now buy and enjoy the taste, I did think that my dislike of milk and yoghurt would be a big hurdle but I found a way round it. I now look at frozen food and ready meals in disgust (ha ha )junk food/take always look less appetising and I think about the rubbish that is it the product, This journey has actually made me a much better cook, introduced me to a wider variety of ingredients and flavours.



Physically – I feel stronger, more energetic, I no longer nap during the day, my body looks better, my clothes fit more comfortable

Mentally – Feel more confident, happier in myself and with my body (still ongoing work but have 20 yrs to change), less stress

Deciding to have a personal trainer was on of the best moves for me and Vladisav has been great from the start. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions. He has provided excellent nutritional advise and I am seeing lots of positive changes. he is tough but understands my limits, always pushing me that little bit further. As any (and probably every woman), I've tried different diets and been going to the gym on and off for the past years. When you don't see the results you expect, you get frustrated and give up, mainly because we want to see immediate results (still eating cakes and pizza of course!), and this is wrong. The older you get, the more your body changes and it can easily get out of control. Making the decision to have a personal trainer was the right one and I am happy I decided to invest in myself seriously for once and for all. Vlad has helped me to understand what I wanted, starting with my mind and my body and being realistic with what I wanted to achieve, slowly but surely. After years of catching colds every winter and having no energy and feeling tired all the time I decided it was time to start training and strengthen my body and immune system. I have never liked the idea of going to a gym and never worked with a personal trainer before so was a bit nervous about how that would be. I found Vlad through a gym I joined and was incredibly impressed by his website so decided to give him a go. I've started training with Vlad and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. After a couple of crazy years and my health declining, with some serious persuasion I took a leap of faith and started training with Vlad and have not looked back! Vlad has been tremendous, caring and encouraging throughout the whole time. I've learnt the importance of training, nutrition, control and planning my meals.
