Good night out! Nice friendly people enjoying themselves...:-)

Fine during the day but weekend evenings it's full of what appear to be under age teenagers!

Served free drinks due to a competition win. The containers metal made the drink taste metallic and also flecks of silver were in our glasses

User

I didn’t like the service and the wine choices was -5

Come here ok a Tuesday, one bartender took 25 minutes to make 6 cocktails, we got here at 6.40 and it's now 7.23 and still waiting for a drink!! That's such a joke!!

Please sort out ur service, I'm usually a fan but this has put me right of!

Was told that if I stand outside the venue I should expect a drunk person to be thrown at me as they are evicted. I asked for the bouncers Id and was to they "would make one up for me for mummy". An all round poor experience and would be embarrassed by the performance of my staff but I suspect the owners are proud of this behaviour by the bouncers attitude.

The venue itself is generic and of no real interest. However, a place to meet and drink is a place to meet and drink.

However, any appeal is made redundant after a cursory meeting of the simpletons on the door of this place.

Where you find these knuckle dragging cretins is beyond me, but I'm guessing they were all attendee's of their local schools remedial class.

Possibly the worst Sunday lunch ever and worst dinning experience in nearly 6 years in London. Uncooked doughy Yorkshire pud, cold veg, roast potatoes not on plate, had to ask for them, barely roasted when arrived, but at least hot, horse radish no taste...

I followed all the rules for this event ahead of time and had broke no laws at all, yet I was refused entry to it because I had drunk half a cup of alcohol outside, before entering.

I was told by the venue that it was illegal and even after apologising and insisting that I had not know this - as well as offering to pay for a tab in advance so as to assure them of my business, I was not empathised with by their manager... who refused to talk to me like a human being.

He instead preferred to recite cold and sterile statements to dismiss me. Only in club culture could an industry get away with such disrespect. Why he is working in this field, I do not know.

Naturally, I've since researched in what ways drinking in public is allowed and found that it is completely fine and legal and that in the worst case scenario even a police officer will only really give you a friendly warning to cease.

Needless to say this is not how I wanted to spend celebrating the end of my week or one of my friends birthdays.

I could probably understand if I was 'dressed bad', if there were 'too many guys' or some other nonsense that clubs enforce. But when you try to give your money, your positivity and your social circle to an establishment and it is thrown back at you out of a slight error, it is truly insulting.
