Good cinema. Very comfy seats. Pleasant staff. Plenty of parking and close to lots of eating places and Asda.

I purchased tickets online for 1st time. Brilliant. Saved some money compared to on door price + found it very easy to "check in". We went straight in , film and facilities were excellent. Even spotted that its cheaper tickets still if you book online for a monday.😁

A really nice place, modern sleek and good looking. I watch movies a lot this is the perfect place for me, and plus I dont live far away. However my only complaint is how all the food and sweets are over priced! Its almost four ponds for some chocolate, where as if you pop to Asda its one pound. Another very small thing, once when I was watching a movie I spotted a small black dot on the cloth, it could be quiet distracting at times, so just clean the clothes better. Overall I would highly remand this place, just bring sweets for home or pop to Asda which is across the road, you would be saving a lot of money.

Great morning at Vue. A much better price on Monday for tickets when bought online. Keep up with the offers and it'll get 5 stars from me. Very quiet and only 6 of us in our screening so it felt a bit chilly. Brilliant sound and screen quality, comfy seats too. Disabled facilities, push powered doors and areas for wheelchair users to watch the movies in the central areas. These are next to seats and have plenty of space .
Take advantage of the Monday £3.99 tickets if booked online 👍

Me and my partner came for the first time in ages and were both horrified at how much it cost. We will not be coming back. Does vue not realise there are a lot of people out there on a very low income and being over priced is stopping people like our selves from comig

A bit expensive for sweets and drinks. Cheaper to buy from Asda before you go. All in all a good treat for the kids.

Refurbished screen areas offering great seating and an excellent audio/visual experience. The experience is let down by the rather slow counter service, due to generally not enough staff working behind the counter.

I'd had an issue with my booking through no fault of theirs, phoned them up and they happily sorted it out for me. They were very helpful and the customer service itself has always been excellent. As our family regularly travel to that cinema, rather than use own.

The staff that were working were very helpful and friendly; however Vue management had severely understaffed that particular premises for a bank holiday Monday with only one person serving. I'd wanted to buy some drinks from the counter, but want prepared to queue behind the ten people that were waiting to get served. I've only ever been there once, so it might have just been a bad day. Nice and clean environment though, and we enjoyed the movie.

Having to wait ages just to buy a ticket at the kiosks where they also serve you your snacks and drinks. There should be a tickets only kiosk.

good sound good picture but the reason i gave the vue a 2 stare is because i wanted to buy a pick & mix for £4 11p it contained 12 sweets of the same kind i would recommend poping to the asda that is in sight

It is good not a very big screen but enjoyable some times the popcorn has been there a long time and tastes funny.
