I went on a Sunday with my son and was served quickly (no queues). We got seated quickly and the cinema experience was good (sound and vision). The seats were good and we really enjoyed the film (A Dog's Purpose).
Great film, saw Dunkirk with my daughter.
Just like to say how shocking it is when the lights go on how GROWN adults leave the cinema in such a state with popcorn cartons, drink cartons and sweet bags strewn across the floor......GROWN ADULTS! Litter bins are in the cinema foyer for goodness sake!

Someone took our seats. People around us are loudly, talked constantly.
Really not VUE's fault though, I'm sure if you attended early in the day when it's empty it wouldn't be so annoying.
Over priced confectionery, drinks and ice cream but nice roomy seats also don't know why have to advertise the sound system
Only thing I find bad about going cinema is tickets and food is well overpriced and adverts are on for to long.
They need to find a happy medium, before they lose even more customers.
I love vue
The only thing that really annoys me is that they allow people in once the film has started and this ruins the film.

Film was excellent, but screen 7 was so hot. Need some fan system or air con in there. Service to pick up tickets was so slow too just as well we turned up early. Wonder Woman was excellent, would definitely recommend a viewing.
Everything was fine although felt like we was in a sauna it was so hot we was sweating
Enjoyed the filM even though they had to switch screens, too many adverts for my liking, also if the film start time says 10.00 am then that’s when I want it to start not half and hour later. My other bUG bear is the price of drinks and snackS, £2.69 for a bottle of water ouch. Like the VIP SEATS
Cinema is good but the VIP seats in cinema 7 need more room, was very close together compared to other screens. Did not like that had to purchase 3D glasses on top of ticket.
Vue Lakeside 25th June. The Ladies toilet next to screen 7 was disgusting!!! Lids missing off sanitary bins (they have been like that for a couple of weeks) and the ceiling was covered in flys!!!
I complained to the manager, so lets see if theres any change next week.
Ticket prices are now up to £12 for the basic seat. A drink and a popcorn was £9:50, the drink was half filled with Ice. The staff were pleasant and were quite quick. So many adverts now that an 11:30 start means you don't see the film until 11:57, ridiculous😡. It's getting to the stage where I'll sit at home, £3 for a drink and snacks and a film on Netflix. And no traveling. Come on Vue sort out your pricing and reduce the Adverts, too much.
Some drinks were over priced I was charged £2.49 for a bottle of water! Toilets and cinemas were clean. I agree with what's been said already to many adverts before the film starts!
Service was so slow. We were in the queue for about 20 mins. Then there was no one to check our tickets so we had to just go in.
Loved the film but far too hot in the screen felt like i was gonna pass out.
I normally enjoy going to vue when I get the chance and always use the VIP seating but could not get comfortable on this visit I thought the vip chairs use to recline slightly these ones felt to up right and left me with a stiff neck
At Vue Lakeside West Thurrock 25th July 7:30 pm. Film Mamma Mia was amazing, but the air con in cinema 6 was rubbish, felt hot and bothered throughout the film. Toilets needed a thorough clean too! Come on Vue thought you were better than this!
Too damn hot!!! Loved the film we watched but was so uncomfortable throughout as I'm sure the heating was on. Think I lost a few stone once the film had finished.
The standard chairs were horrible . I do think there made that way to make customers buy the better seats .
I also could hear the other film in the other theatre next to us .
So all in all wasn't a very nice experience.
When I came out the gents toilets were filthy !. The urinals were not flushing away and they were all blocking up ! .
I wouldn't recommend!
