Went to see Solo in 3D. Brilliant film. Enjoyable experience in the air conditioned room. As with most reviews price is always questionable especially for food and drink. I would just like to see more screenings of films in 3D as for the whole 1st weeks showing of this film there were only 2 opportunities to watch it in 3D. Also a touch more space between seats would be nice but otherwise a good night out.

Went last night to see avangers. Was a great film but the price was crazy steep. Was a treat but looks like I need to win lotto if I want to go again. £30+ for 2 tickets, one popcorn and drink between us. Will just wait for blue ray for now on. Much cheaper and won't have other people there and can keep the film. (Will only be £18 odd then but for both of us to have our own drink, pizza and popcorn)... shame on them prices.

Reasonable prices (for a cinema), staff are usually quite friendly. Only problem is that it says online they open at 10am, but I have arrived a few times at 11 or 12 and the doors have still been locked.

Even when there are listings for films to start before they’ve even opened/unlocked the doors. Meaning there’s crowds of people waiting outside. There’s usually staff inside too who know you’re there but just watch you stand around. It seems odd to me.

I live between Hull and Scunthorpe and just checked out availability of both Vue cinemas for a movie tonight. Shocked to see that the price in Scunthorpe is literally twice as much as its counterpart in Hull. How can this be?? According to Vue's help line, each cinema sets its own prices. I can understand some fluctuation but a 100% difference in price? For a family that would be a lot of money. I'll be going to Hull thanks.
