fabulous gem of a little shop, visited twice this week, purchased a really great supporting sports bra, and another bra with matching knickers, amazing quality and value for money. The staff was so helpful, they give me loads of time and helped me with fitting and measuring, till I got the perfect fit.

Went there today for the sale, and i have to say that there were some brilliant bargains to be had and as usual the ladies were lovely, helpful...if not quite busy, you have to be prepared for the fact that it is a factory shop...not john lewis, these ladies have a lot to do in a very small space, and the fact that the racks are always in fairly good order, considering the amount of people going through them, I think they do an outstanding job. Smile at them, say hello...they are just like you and me, trying to do their job...and doing it well. I would highly recommend a visit, if you want to be measured up, best to go during the week and they will give you all the time you need. Thank you ladies x

Love the bra factory shop - have gradually changed all my underwear to Fantasie and Freya due to the comfort amazing fit and lovely designs - I don’t think I will ever buy underwear from anywhere else!

I went into this factory shop last week with my friend, I hadn't been for about 2 years but previously I never bought underwear from anywhere else apart from here,as the staff were so helpful. Then unfortunately the staff changed and they were not as helpful, but I must say yet again the standard of the staff are excellent, nothing was too much trouble and patience of saints.

I asked for their names so I could recommend them to anyone going there: Carrie, Jackie,Julie and Louise.

I paid my first visit to this amazing little corner of heaven today. The ladies there are fab, and I came away having saved myself £119 by way of 3 matching bra and brief sets for less than I usually pay for one flipping bra! Ace, just absolutely ace! Thank you x

I can’t be more thankful for finding this shop! Firstly the staff are the most helpful people ever!!! Not only did they bring me so many bras and styles to try and give me so much time and help to find the best bras and size to get but they also kept my 6months old entertained with smiles and cuddles. The shop is so super organised and so easy to find your size and they have such a vast range of sizes that other shops don’t stock! I can’t wait to return to start my new bra collection of my correct size and literally am going to tell everyone about this place! You must visit! Thank you again ladies for your time and all your help!

I absolutely love this shop, very helpful staff and always stock bigger sizes. I just bought 2 tankini tops with bikini bottoms for less than £25!

Great shop. It’s quite a trek for me but if you live nearer it’s worth popping in.

Great selection. Staff very helpful today. Well worth a visit just to get measured. I was measured about 8 years ago and had been wearing 38DD for years only to find my size is 32H, 34GG or 34 H depending on style and brand. Not that those sizes are readily available anywhere else even now.

Most places think bigger cups are only from 40 back size upwards.

Fantastic visit today the staff were very helpful and friendly and came away with lots of lovely Bikinis and underwear sets at bargain prices � xxx

Fantastic customer service. I had my 4 month old and mum with me. They were warm and welcoming and encouraged me to call them for adjustments after trying on each bra. Kept my little one entertained whilst I tried on bras and browsed. They selected bras they recommend based on my style preference. Left with 4 bras and matching knickers. Stayed until a few minutes before shop closed and did not feel rushed to leave at all. Definitely will be returning x

Brilliant friendly and knowledgeable staff, also very patient. Spent over an hour trying and fitting bras and swimwear. Well worth the effort as they feel comfortable and look good too. Several purchases made all at super outlet prices. Can’t recommend this place highly enough *****

Great place to find underwear, I have used this shop for several years and take my daughter and daughter in laws to be fitted as well. Few of the older staff have now retired and have served me well over the years. Hopefully the new staff will be just as good, unfortunately today, everything I wanted wasn't available in my cup size ( gg. ) which happens fairly often, but purchased 1 bra and several briefs. Excellent value and always a good fit.

Very disappointed with the customer service experience. No help offered and staff very unfriendly, unlike when I visited the shop a couple of years ago. Unclear signage on the underwear in the sale. Staff annoyed that briefs had been accidentally put back into the incorrect box (not well labelled) and then audibly moaning at each other about the customers (still in the shop) who had done this. The Freya Deco bras are comfortable to wear so I want to return to the shop for the discounted price but I feel reluctant after this experience. Also disappointingly and surprisingly they do not last as long as Marks & Spencer's bras as the wire came through on the last one I bought at this shop, even though I followed the care and washing instructions. Having entered the shop emotional about a family bereavement and hoping it would cheer me up, I now feel worse. :(
