Wagamama

We went for ramen and we loved it. Although it was almost 22PM staff was extremely kind amd food was delicious

Service and food were both amazing. Special menu was easy to understand and included many possible alterations to dishes that weren't normally vegan. What we eventually chose was excellent, would highly recommend.

Lovely food. Always a pleasure to eat here. Like the cribbs one and cabbot also been to the park street one all in Bristol. Great service and love that the quality is the same after years!!!

Just came to say how helpful our server was the other day. Octavia at Cabot Circus Wagamama was so accommodating and knowledgeable with my dietary requirements.

As well as bringing out the allergens booklet she also had great recommendations.

Honestly, probably the best meal i've had all year. I love wagamama anyway, and have been multiple times in the past. But yesterday the food was great, the servers were fantastic and everything was just A+.

No question, definitely coming back.

By far the best is Cabot Circus, Carlos looked after us and was so friendly and chatty.

We were heading back home to Southern Italy and he made our final meal in Bristol really pleasant, Staff like Carlos are hard to find, look after him.

I hope he will remember us heading back to Italy, in fact I'm sure he will.

Amazing food, from starter to desert(I had the vegan menu), fantastic service! Best wagamama experience so far!

A great atmosphere, friendly, bustling and lively, we were shown to our table by a fabulous waiter( name unknown) curly hair lots of necklaces !! ( Cabot circus) a very enjoyable lunch with my two daughters, we can't wait to return . Suzanne from Bristol

Went for an early eve meal before cinema, was quiet. Male server was polite but not chatty. Ordered drinks starters & mains as thought we'd be strapped for time. Drinks arrived quickly along with starters that should have been duck with lettuce, but came with pancakes, no biggy. Before I'd finished my starter, my main of teriyaki lamb arrived. 15 mins later my husband's main arrived. Had to flag someone to order a pudding.

Daughter had given us a virtual Cabot voucher & there was some confusion on how it could be used, after a short time, we paid cash & used the voucher elsewhere but the young lady that had just started her shift was lovely & very apologetic about it.

Would I go again - yes food is good but, the branch in Edinburgh was so much better all round, so maybe find another branch other than Cabot circus.

My bloke and i always go cabot Circus in town, we always order the same food but sometimes i wana explore the menu abit as it all does sound delicious. I'm giving them a 4 star and not a 5 is only because i had to go over to the staff to mention that we were ready to order. And again we had to go over to them to pay our bill. The place was pretty empty with only a few people in so unsure what the slow service was. But always nice food.

I went for food here with a friend yesterday (Saturday) and it was really busy, however, after a few minutes a table was made ready for us. I ordered some drinks whilst I waiting for my friend to arrive........ sadly these drinks didn't arrive until 30 minutes later and after requesting them 3 times with 3 different servers. Aside from that the food was great as usual, I went for the trusty chicken katsu, and pulled pork gyoza, and our server was polite and friendly. I'll keep going back, and will forgive the late arrival of the drinks as it was ram-up!

I love wagamama and order the same thing every visit. I cannot eat shell fish so I always ask for none in my food, however this particular visit I found 5 prawns in my meal. The staff were apologetic and prompt with getting me another meal in time to eat with the party, but this is not acceptable especially with such a dangerous allergen.

Fantastic food and service, just didn’t like sitting on a shared bench with people I don’t know.

Food 4* as always, however service was variable. At beginning 4* declining to 1*.



Odd experience, hopefully a one off, felt like an inconvenience once the mains were finished.



4* server took plates, asked to see dessert menu.... nothing for 20 minutes as server went on break / finished shift? No one covering his tables...



Tried to get attention of others but all busy looking elsewhere shuffling between indoor and out but not serving.



Frustrated at wait, and with other things to do, decided to leave, service now 1*.



Server at till engaged in a lot of unnecessary shoulder touching and mumbling whilst I payed, he was still half talking to other servers whilst engaging with me.



Nothing like customer service and feeling listened to, disappointing, especially since all trips to other Wagamamas have been great.

I love Wagamama- my third visit in two weeks, Cribbs causeway (my favourite), followed by Southampton (new to us but great) and Cabot Circus yesterday. As always with this venue the food was delicious but the service poor. We sat for around 15 mins before we could flag down a server, food took ages to come despite it being quite fast and we had nearly devoured our mains before our starter of chilli squid arrived and after waiting 10 mins for the bill we got up and stood by the door for another 5 mins before we could pay which is why no tip was left

Food looked good well presented but unfortunately was bland and tasteless! Had the house dish lamb my daughters wasn't great either almost like they forget to add any flavour �

Visited for the first time for an authentic Masaman Thai Curry... absolutely NOT a Masaman Curry. Even my Thai wife agreed. Watery curry with No potatoes and just hot chillies?? Never again for bland food.

To be fair they were busy but.....

Wrong food arrived

All three meals were cold

No cutlery or chopsticks on the table when the food arrived.

They should turn people away if they can't provide a service.
