Wagamama Eldon Square Newcastle

We ate here today. Food was lovely, and the staff were fantastic. My sister had some queries around the menu as she is gluten intolerant and the member of staff was so helpful and knowledge. We also asked about the juice and again the staff had fantastic knowledge and were happy to help. Couldn't fault it.

Visited for the very 1st time yesterday June 10th was extremely busy due to a certain Ed Sheeran been on but staff were excellent as for food omg just fantastic the 3 mains of omakase tonkatsu,plus 2 ramen dishes chicken and shirodashi and a couple of sides lollipop prawn kushiyaki and chicken steamed gyoza washed down with juice would definitely recommend this restaurant bloody fabulous and at a cost of £53 excellent value

My favourite type of food. All was fresh and staff were lovely couldn’t do enough for you. Great value I wanted to take some more home with me and would’ve happily worked my way through the menu. It was amazing highly recommend �

Always love my Duck Ramen, it’s good I don’t live near a Wagamama’s or I’d be there all the time- my kind of food 💖

A regular lunch spot for me and my daughter. Always super service and relaxed attitude. Oh, and the food is awesome! :)

Very happy with my Pad Thai. Gyoza were over cooked, chap next to me got some 5 minutes after me and I was very jealous as his weren't. should have said something, but didn't.

Nice, tasty meal. Would have had an extra star if they'd given me an extra piece of the chicken and some more curry sauce.

Me and my fiancé came here tonight.We had the chicken and noodle soup it was lovely.The staff are friendly and polite.We would visit again.

Ate here yesterday, usually go to the metro one, but the food was amazing, great quality, nice staff, lovely all round.

The ramen we had, soup is rather watered down. Bland to be exact. My steak is very rubbery. The vegetable pan fried dumplings are blend too. Overall, great ambiance and staff attention, but as this is the 3rd time we tried Wagamama and it is bad food again, we wont return.

This chain restaurant definitely need someone to constantly check on food taste before charging such price eh!! I mean what is the point of having great food presentation but blend taste?? Still a zero to me.

Not the usual great standard from wagamama, ramen was cold and didn't taste of anything. Left almost all of it.
