Hi everyone! A little bit off topic but I am holding a Macmillan Coffee Morning on 29th September at St Bs Hall in Yaxley, starting at 10am. Its a charity very close to my heart and I'd love to raise lots of money for Macmillan.

Plans for Waggy Days have changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately I will no longer be taking on any new dog walking customers. However, pet visits such as cat pop ins will be available (in Yaxley only). Keep your eyes peeled for a new business name and logo coming up very soon...

🐶 Listen to your dog 🐶
Everything they do is for a reason. You will probably notice a tail wag, open mouth and perked up ears on a day to day basis. Your dog is communicating that they are happy.
Who has ever noticed their dog do the 'whale eye', have their ears back, tail between their legs, show their teeth, growl? You may have only ever seen one of these things.... A growl (amongst other things) is a dog communicating that they aren't happy and it's owner/carer should acknowledge that. Punishing a dog for a growl will never get to the root of the problem. If you're not sure how to help your dog then I can recommend local qualified trainers&behaviourists who can support you.
