Waghornes is an artisan butcher in the High Street, Prestbury, supplying high quality meats, game and poultry sourced locally. Free local delivery is available, catering enquiries welcome. We are open Tuesday to Saturday.

Waghornes was established in 1910 by the Waghornes Brothers. It was originally at the lower end of the High Street in Cheltenham town centre. The brothers then sold the business to J. L. Smith in 1954, who moved the butchers to Prestbury High Street where it has remained ever since. The butchers shared premises with Mr Fogarty's Village Shop for a time. Nigel Kavanagh joined Waghornes in 1978 and he bought the business off J. L. Smith with the late John Venter.
