⭐️⭐️CANCELLATION POLICY⭐️⭐️
I have recently had a very small minority of customers getting upset or confused about our cancellation policy! I require at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled day. We work this on our business hours 7.30-6pm (5.30 Fridays) for a Monday the cancellation must be made before 5.30 on the Friday. I’m have been told from customers that “it is as near as damn it” when they message me at 8am for the following day and I still charge! Our policy is 24... hours, and that is extremely fair. There is absolutely no leeway on this!! 10 minutes, 2 hours it’s exactly the same, we have to make a cut off somewhere. As I say it really is a small minority of you! However I’m trying to run a business, and rules are rules. Do not book your dog in if you aren’t going to attend! Have a think how it feels on the other foot for customers we have turned down, as you are filling a space! Sorry for the rant!

Well our Luna is the dog who escapes whenever she can to take herself to Wags ... She does love us honest but Wags is her favourite - what more can one say!

We took our 3 month old pointer to Wags and Whiskers as we both work full time. A month on and he cant wait to get out of the car in the morning and is knackered when we collect him in the afternoon. The staff feed him during the day and looking at the videos he appears to have a great time with all of the other dogs, large and small. Friendly staff and great facilities, at a reasonable price. Absolutely ideal for working owners in and around Shrewsbury

Wags and Whiskers have an unbelievable set up. They make it possible to work and have a dog without any of the guilt at leaving them at home alone all day. Their whole focus is your dog and their welfare which can be seen from the games they play, the paddling pools for the warmer days, couches to lay on, trampolines to play on and climbing frames!



Rufus has the best time every day and on the odd occasion I have been home has dashed out to the van in the morning when it is collection time! Judging by the fact he can barely raise his head to say hello when we get home he has evidently had the best time!



Rufus is with Wags 4 days a week and also boards with them when we are on holiday. Shrewsbury is extremely lucky to have Wags and Whiskers, Steph and her team are by far and away the best doggy day care we have seen (and due to moving around Rufus has been to a few!).

The most amazing place in shrewsbury! It's literally pup paradise! Steph, Jackie and the team do an amazing job and all the dogs are treated as family. I can't rate W&W's highly enough - my pooches and I miss this place a lot since moving away! �

Reggie loves going to Wags, he goes one day a week but he gets so excited when we pull up in to the car park, he can’t wait to get in and play! He has a great day playing with his doggy friends and I love it when I spot him if he’s in of the videos and I can see how much fun he is having! I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a dog and doesn’t want to leave them at home alone, after a full day of playing he gets home and sleeps all evening!!

Piper started a few months ago from a small pup, she always comes home tired and ready to sleep. She loves having time to socialise with the other dogs, and we love having the ability to see pictures/videos daily to see what she gets up too. Very friendly staff who are a credit to wags & whiskers. Pickup and drop off is another bonus point. Couldn't recommend a better doggy daycare for our girl. �

Our little dog bobby loves going to wags and whiskers its great that there are people like steph and the girls who genuinely love looking after our pets for the day or half a day while we are at work, and we have the peace of mind knowing that our dogs are being cared for and having great fun at the same time.

Our dog, Basil, comes to Wags every Tuesday, and he absolutely loves it. He started off half a day a week, he comes home every Tuesday absolutely knackered and we know he’s had fun �

Our cocker spaniel puppy started going to wags at about 13 weeks old and has been going 2 days a week ever since!! I was so nervous leaving such a little thing with strangers but as soon as I met Steph I was instantly reassured. He gets picked up and dropped off in their van and literally jumps out of our arms into the girls who collect him. They give him so much attention and love it’s amazing to witness! The pictures and videos put on Facebook during the day prove how much fun they are having and he comes back so tired after a day of adventures! Steph has kindly introduced him to his first lots of grooming for us and the other dogs have really helped train him and make him into a lovely well socialised dog. It’s lovely to see him growing up as part of the wag family!! We can’t recommend wags and whiskers and all their team enough! Herbie will be going for many years to come!! Thank you Wags and whiskers!!

Originally used Wags and Whiskers for lunchtime call in as Porridge hadn't had all her injections, these were reliable and offered peace of mind. Now Porridge is attending doggie day care and loves it. I would definitely recommend it to any dog owners out there who work full time :) Thank you Wags and Whiskers! :D

My Goldendoodle went for the first time today! He was only there half a day but didn't want to leave and is exhausted! The girls there were fab with him too! Can't wait for him to go back next week!

Mabel loves it here! She's pulling to get in for playtime and comes home and just sleeps! All the staff are great, approachable and friendly! Definitely recommend!

Ethel loves going to wags and whiskers! The staff are all so friendly and Ethel loves them � can't recommend them highly enough, she always comes home tired from her day of adventures �

Chess is a rescue dog who came to us from Dogs Trust 9 weeks ago. He has had a chequered past, much of which we know little about but has been a much happier boy since going to play at Wags & Whiskers. He absolutely loves it and we are so grateful he has such a good time there. Thank you for all you do xx ��

Can't recommend this place enough! My dog monty goes most Thursday's and absolutely loves it! He always comes back knackered after a fun filled day with his friends. The ladies there are fabulous & nothing is too much trouble

Been using Wags and Whiskers for a few years now and would highly recommend. Mack our lively terrier loves his days with you and it’s is an important part of his routine and continued socialisation. He is always eager to go in and knows he gets a treat at Home time, then comes home shattered! Much easier now we have set days each week but appreciated the flexibility when my other half worked shifts and we needed different days each week.

And I enjoy looking out for fab ebook posts of him running round having fun while I’m at work!
