Waitrose

It is very good value. Pleasant environment. But some items were not in stock

This is a medium sized store with a good range of produce. All the usual offer and one of the new Sushi bars.
I find the layout a bit awkward but I think its the best they can do with the structure they have.
There is a surface and multi storey car park adjacent. The entrance to the store is within the main BX Centre.

Good selection. Deli, fish, meat and sushi counters. Very helpful staff.

It was excellent. I got all the stuffs I wanted to buy. It's wheel chair friendly.

Waitrose is my favourite. I can find always something what I like. Service just perfect.

Hawabi, Merissa and Victoria are very nice and professional. Super service from them and that's why I am a regular! Store manager treats you as a valued customer. Good self scan machines too. Would be nice to have hot chicken and fresh sushi too, just like Finchley Road.

Waitrose at Brent Cross is a really fantastic store.
My wife has a card so we can use the bar code device for fast check out.
We get everything we need there, the quality is always excellent and the staff are..well they are Waitrose trained so say no more..excellent customer service.
Cannot praise Waitrose enough, their whole ethos and way of doing business is great and we are very loyal customers.
Highly recommended.

Lovely staff also i loved the security guard by the name of Mohammed asian/arab chap! Was very helpful returned my wallet to me after it had fallen out!

Like all Waitrose, excellent. Good range of products and friendly staff. I like shopping here. You might pay a little more for some items but the shopping experience alone is worth it.
