Steam n ale pie cooked till too hard but edible.

No ale flavour. Sat in a most of sally gravy.

I was here yesterday and the food was nice enough, but we had to wait a while. Also once we were served, we were given my halloumi sandwich and my friend's chicken sandwich, which looked identical as they were both grilled. The server said he didn't know which was which...I don't eat meat, so my friend had to try both sandwiches to find out.

Walkabout is generally a consistently good brand but not in Watford. Can get in and spend hard earned before 9pm but then go out to make a phone call and can't get in without providing a passport or driving licence. No details on data destruction or protection. Let's see what they do with GDPR. 5 draught beers off and disgusting toilets. Will take my business elsewhere.

The coffee machine didn’t work and was told hadn’t worked in months, the steak I ordered was cold, and looked like it had been hacked apart - I asked for well done, some of it was charcoal other bits were rare. The onion petals and corn on the cob was the nicest thing on the plate. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Some of the furniture had def seen better days, as had the wall with holes made in it!

Slowest bar staff I’ve ever come across, plus the attitude on them. Wouldn’t mind if they could pour a pint properly. Such a shame as it’s a lovely venue.

Not great music (rave music) wasn’t happy with paying £5 to get into a bar, so many better bars/ clubs a few feet away.

Bouncers on a power trip and the service in the place is pure dogshit
