Best campsite ever!! The owners are so friendly and helpful and the farm itself has gorgeous views, various accommodation types and very reasonably priced. Enough space between cabins, tents, motorhomes and caravans that overcrowding is never an issue. Big field in middle for children to play happily on as no one allowed to camp on it and the breakfast offered in the B&B part is to die for
Nice hosts, comfortable beds, good breakfast. We are a family of 4, we took 2 rooms in the farm house and had our own bathroom. The host family was very friendly, telling us the history of the farm.
Lovely B&B. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are large, clean and have very comfy beds. Lovely big bathrooms too. Fantastic breakfasts. Great value for money in a beautiful location.
Lovely little cabin set in a very quiet farm complete with hot tub, patio and BBQ area.
The local towns are close and have everything you will need, with Carlisle only 20 minutes away if you're looking for the more high street brands.
Theres a little stream running under the property and plenty of walking space near by. Perfect as a base of operations for the lakes or for just escaping away. The only down side with this place is my hopes for a place with zero mobile signal were scuppered when it turned out I still had strong 4G!

A great campsite with modern amenities. Wi-Fi is great and the shower blocks and bathrooms are clean and of a high standard.
We stayed here for two nights camping.the site is lovely and clean. Pitches are large and well spread out and in general very quiet. The facilities are functional and clean
