The purpose of the club is to encourage art in Wallingford and the surrounding villages .
The club meets in Centre70, Wallingford every Tuesday evening from 7. 30pm to 9. 30pm. On each evening, except for the third Tuesday in the month, it creates a meeting place for artists to improve their own standard of work through practice, mutual support and friendly critics. You bring your own work and materials. Tea and coffee is provided and there is no attendance fee for members. On the third Tuesday of each month there is a demonstration by a professional artist of local or national repute, during which they will talk and demonstrate their skills and techniques. Their is no cost to members, £3 fee for visitors.
Tutored Workshops on certain Saturdays.
Tutored art classes on Tuesdays 2hr /3hr /5hr sessions. All mediums and the tutor works with you on your own drawing /painting.
Outings "plein air" days and visits to Art Exhibitions and Galleries, '
