We booked a cocktail masterclass for a hen party. We met in the upstairs bar, and Manny, our teacher, took us downstairs, which was set out for everyone. He was fun and made it such a chilled out atmosphere. We then went upstairs and Rebecca had reserved us a booth and arranged for us to have food before the kitchen closed, and even sorted out combining both our bills, making it so much easier for us to sort between us (and everything was reasonably priced!). Well done Rebecca and Manny - absolutely amazing service from the both of you.

Was there for England game and the atmosphere was great in the tusk bar and all staff were so lovely and friendly. Big props to Ben the bar tender in the tusk bar at the time, he was lovely and made us feel so comfortable. Wish I could thank him personally he was so sweet. X

Used the ‘Wowcher’ deal to attend. Staff & service are excellent. The cocktails are massively over taken by crushed ice & therefore less not more. Cocktails are the happy hour drinks and very sweet so unable to drink 4 but you can use the Wowcher on a Sat 12-3 which is very unusual and a good offer. Unfortunately, you were unable to use your Wowcher and pay the extra for other cocktails outside the deal. Big mistake is no toilets on the ground floor and this will deter me due to my disability and accessibility.

I’m here now - musics good but the alcohol is awful! JD and Coke - it’s not JD and can’t even taste any vodka in my double vodka and lemonade. Others in my group have said their drinks are awful too. I asked for single and got given double - I’m not drunk at all and did not ask for double but the bar tender was like ‘sorry but you did’. I can assure you I didn’t. Won’t be ordering another drink.
