Went there for a birthday party the staff were lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us. I will be attending again very soon.

User

Totally the best thing for my brothers. They loved it So many things available, they especially loved the climbing wall. Would recommend to all

User

Took my 4 year old nephew here for a day out and he absolutely loved it! The tots trampolining was great and the staff were all really helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids over the summer holiday!

User

The gym is at its best. Ammienties from the sauna to gym room to childrens area r up to the time. Very clean and has good staff. Its impressive and in my local area. The ambiance welcomes motivation.

User

The baby soft play is amazing. Many activities my son 16m was so happy

User

Such a memorable experience.

Kids loved it!

Were exhausted after an hour - Slushes and smoothies cooled them right down though.

User

Sounds like a great place! Can't wait to go! Should be good!

User

One of the best places. Nice people and a great enviroment.

User

Nice place to sped 90

Min with kids! Although I definitely prefer Romford one as many more options for kids age 5! But we like this one too as it's only 5 min drive from homecould be a little warmer inside cos it's freezing when u enter this jumping trampoline!

User

More extreme than training a rumba of rattlesnakes to play fetch! I'd recommend to all my friends wanting an extremely extreme experience.

User

It's was alright, staff were enthusiastic and I'd probably recommend to friends.. if I had any.

User

It was great! I had a chill ass time, the trampolines are exactly as pictured. 5*****

User

I took my family to better extreme for a day out and everyone absolutely loved it! The tots trampolining was great and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

User

Great experience, friends kids can't wait to go again. Climbing and bouncing in one centre - perfect!

User

Fantastic place for days out and birthday parties went on 8th January 2016 and it was marvellous

User

Booked this for three children, aged 15,11 and 6 years and husband, aged 37 years, they had the best time ever, definitely going again and I might join in next time, but I did enjoy the quite from them all as they were totally knackered lol, thanks guys

User

Amazing facilities... we only visited the extreme thing, I'm not sure I'd pay to take part again myself... the ninja run was hard but I've done it now. The kids definitely want to return though so money well spent!

They could do with more than a few more lockers outside the extreme waiting area.

User

Went yesterday with my 8 yr old son & his friend...they had a fantastic time & want to go again. It is ALOT smaller than advertised & trampoline area very small. It is ok as it is local but I have been to Barking before which is alot bigger. It done the job yesterday as needed to break up the holidays!

User

Took the kids, they had a great time. Was good, something different so close to home.

User

The experience here was very good, the kids enjoyed themselves so much(including us three adults)we jumped about so hard. We loved it BUT the only downfall was I ordered tickets but was charged twice as the system was messing about....still haven't received the money back yet....

User

The children loved it so will definitely go back but I won't pay for myself as after experiencing the ninja run which is a lot harder then it looks there was nothing left for me to do. I went on trampolines with daughter but they are a lot smaller then the barking trampoline park so play is limited. The size is overall a lot smaller but I think price reflects this. Definitely worth a go tho and we will go back. Staff were very friendly.

User

My Children liked the ninja run & soft play area better & felt that the trampoline area was very small & can get overcrowded if not monitored properly. Overall kids had lots of fun.

User

Great place for a party. Clip n climb was perfect for 8-year-olds. Food was very good quality and the staff could not have been nicer. Climbing area was very cold though and the CD player in the party room was too quiet.

User

Brilliant I would recommend this place for anyone with kids and adults alike I know I enjoyed it.

User

What you see in all the videos posted on this page, isn't what you get.

The setup here is a lot smaller with less activities.

Booking online is a bit of a nightmare, ended up going to book slots in person. Face to face helpful and friendly.

User

Nice and clean venue

The Extreme park overcrowded and not much fun when the kids have to be in the queue in 1h time-not as good as The barking one!

Deffo not worth the money here

User

If you kids like trampolining go to Barking one as trampoline area too small. Can't see me going back. For under 7s might work

User

I visited the spa yesterday and although the relaxation room was very nice and had plenty of beds, I was not impressed by the actual spa as has so few amenities. I won't be going again; back to Bethnal green for me as it's so much better with lots of different experience rooms. Not worth £26 each.

User

I arrived here with my school

My teacher went to the counter and the lady at the counter went on the phone as he was being served and waited for 10mins and this is bad management the meals and drinks is a ripoff and the lady did not call my friends number which was 17 and was checking receipt. I then told her that the proof was on the receipt when she had my friends meal in her hand and that was poor service. People was breaking rules in the better extreme and the staff could not be bothered to warn the people about that. I was a awere of the rules and someone could've been hurt

I will not recommend this place to anyone

User

Small venue nothing like any of the other trampoline parks Ive been to and the Barking branch is way better and triple the size. Didn't like the fact u have to queue and wait 10 mins to jump on the tiny trampolines. Will not be returning

User

I have no other word for this place than SHIT!!!!!

It's freezing and I mean cold!!!!! We couldn't wait to leave to feel some sort of heat, the staff have no acknowledgement of the children at all, there are three stages to the place on which I would of thought a member of each would have been stationed but no they all were huddled at one end dancing and joking around with each other.

The music was so loud u couldn't hear each other talking and I'm a big music fan but capital extra isn't really the station to be blaring out in a children's play area!!!!.......moral of this review is if you fancy freezing your arse off and wasting ur money this is the place for you.

User

Disappointed as my 3yo couldn't jump whereas she has done at their barking site. Also the trampolining section is waaaay too small. The one in barking is much bigger. No complaints about staff though all were polite.

User

We came here as a group with 9 children 3-11 years. Phoned ahead to check our 3 yo could go in with an adult and was told yes. Arrived to be greeted with an abrupt 'how old is she?' then told she can't go in extreme park. Complained to manager on duty & asked for a refund to be told that they don't do refunds. Then showed him the website where it also states 'Under 5's must be accompanied by a paying adult' to be told its wrong and that it was unsafe for her to be in the park. It took him over an hour to deal with our complaint to eventually receive a full refund. Another of our children was on the trampoline section and asked staff member if he could get a drink to be told no and if he did he would have to cue again for the 10mins. One of the staff members was also overheard by one of our party members talking about our complaint complaining about us and how we were incorrect and it's stupid!! The park is a lot smaller than barking and very disorganised. I know there's teething problems but staff need to be trained in simple customer service and customer complaints.

We won't be returning here.

User

Too small ... Bigger trampoline space at home!!! Not what is advertised on website. Can only go on trampolines for 5 minutes at a time & then have to queue again or go on something else.

User

The website claims 'free parking'. My car got a ticket. I've tried to contact them but nobody has got back to me.

User

The staff members we great and very polite given the number of complaints they must receive.

Pictures on the website are very misleading as the area is very small. There is a fun house which is ok but with the mix of little kids and big kids it gets very packed.

There are only 15/16 trampolines which are the small square size and you can only spend 10 mins at a time on them.

The ninja run looks good but currently it's for age 13+ until next Thursday (3rd Nov) when I've been told it will drop to 8+. Again you have to queue to get on it and then again to start the actual activity.

There is a clip and climb session which you have to pay extra for.

Given there is nothing else like this in Waltham Forest, very disappointed but the size and actual faculties in the trampoline park.

I will be going to Barking or one of the other bigger trampoline parks so the whole family can enjoy it.

User

People should be warned and their website needs to be clearer about ages!!! Also staff!!! We booked and got turned away with under 5'd when their website is vague and the same wording as Barking who take under 5's.

We didn't even get a refund.

I think Barkings much better anyway! They make it look so big and fun in the pics but it's a tiny excuse for an extreme park.

Will not be returning either. Barkings so much better.

Other than the guys at the door who are cool, I also dealt with some obnoxious management!

User

My boyfriend booked this for me as a Christmas present. We had booked to go today but their website says they are closed?! We've tried phoning but the numbers are incorrect for the Walthamstow branch and the Barking branch. When we managed to get a number, we didn't get through to a real person, and after staying on hold for ten minutes we finally gave up! Emails get directed to the wrong branch - a different branch email address appears every time you click on the link on their website. We will be requesting a full refund. Really poorly managed. What a shame.

User

Don't bother coming.... turned up for our 4.0 clock session and am all ready outside ready to go home. Pics they use for advertising are from a different centre this is more like a soft play area for 5 yr olds yet saying that even the soft play area stinks of piss and being as they have only been open since the beginning of the month I find this totally unacceptable. When asked to see manager got told they are too busy to deal with me and they don't do refunds.

User

Disappointed as my 3yo couldn't jump whereas she has done at their barking site. Also the trampolining section is waaaay too small. The one in barking is much bigger. No complaints about staff though all were polite.

Too small ... Bigger trampoline space at home!!! Not what is advertised on website. Can only go on trampolines for 5 minutes at a time & then have to queue again or go on something else.

The website claims 'free parking'. My car got a ticket. I've tried to contact them but nobody has got back to me.
