Claire teaches Pilates Matwork and is available for private, group, and corporate Pilates throughout the London area. Claire gained her certification through Body Control Pilates, Europe's foremost professional Pilates association, and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) as a Level 3 Pilates Teacher.
