When we decided to have a number of changes to our home we struggled to find a flooring which suited our needs. I was familiar with James but had never needed to use his services before.

We came to purchase a piece of end roll to begin the process of changing our spare room into a useable space! The Scottish guy we dealt with was lovely and friendly, not pushy at all. We got the end roll and some underlay with a little bit of discount as well. The staff assisted my husband when he came to pick it up the next day too. I fitted it myself and can say the carpet and underlay do the job perfectly. Many thanks!

I have just had new laminate floor fitted today and it's fabulous. I only messaged the company last week and they sent someone out to measure up within a few days at no cost. The overall cost was good and the floor is great quality. The two fitters who came were lovely (one was called Ken). They had all 3 floors laid within 4 hours. Would definitely recommend them �

Great service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for John who came to measure up, such a funny fella who should really be on the stage! Laminate flooring was fitted by Jim, who was so nice and very helpful when my husband put a nail through a water pipe so stopped him from fitting carpet. He sorted it out with the staff at Huyton store, who sent 2 different fellas, Peter and maybe Ian? My husband couldn't remember their names but they did an amazing job. All for a great price. Fantastic service from start to finish from the Burscough branch. Love my new laminate herringbone flooring, the fit and finish is perfect and the price was excellent for such a good quality product. the guys at the store were friendly and helpful to deal with too.

Fantastic service from start to finish and the flooring looks amazing! Firstly we popped down to the store in Moreton. No hard sell, helped us when we needed it and had a great range of carpets. We were after a carpet for the stairs and landing and laminate for the hall. I liked two carpets but they recommended the cheaper one as being more suitable for the stairs. Glad I went with it, it looks gorgeous! Then came fitting day, had a call in the morning with my time slot and they were spot on time. The laminate fitter was running a bit late but again I was kept fully informed and he arrived not long after the carpet fitters. First rate service, high quality flooring and great price! Thank you!

Excellent service. Made up with my new laminate floor ordered and fitted really quick and fitters did an excellent job. From the staff in storeroom to the office staff and the fitters couldn't have had better customer service from any of them.Thanks

Absolutely cannot fault the service and quality. Ordered the rosemary artificial turf. The groundwork was completed in less than a day and the turf installed the following day. Everyone involved in the process was brilliant, on particular Mark in the shop who was excellent. Highly recommend.

Steve who fitted the Karndean was fantastic giving plenty of advice and the finish is perfect. We will certainly be recommending you to our developer, family & friends.

Loved our carpet and herringbone floor for our hall way, stairs and landing. The carpet is amazing and I just love our hallway floor. We will definitely be back to get our carpets for the living rooms. The people in the shop are lovely and the estimator that came to measure was was great. Would of giving it 5* but the carpet fitters where 2 hours late with no call or text to give a reason, which meant I had to cancel an appointment.

Love my artificial grass it looks amazing would of given 5 stars but there was a little confusion only minor and was sorted out quickly � ...would recommend to anyone !

The actual job was incomplete as the fitter missed a piece of beading which was quite long and its absence was obvious Everything else was fine. Been asking for this to be completed since June but unfortunately they have not come out to complete the work. Simply not good enough

We are very pleased to see our house in Liverpool on your site, but WE ARE STILL WAITING for someone to fix the laminate (we can't open the door !!!) and please , change the joint on the carpet! Its not our fault someone measured wrong!!! You never told us about this! We dont want it!!!!! We payed too much.. Steven Geldard, my husband, talked to sales guy and Paul must phone us back! But no one did!

First I would like to make it clear that we are very happy with our artificial grass, although the level of service we received was not what we expected. The work was meant to start on Friday 2nd June which my husband and I took off work. However the day before we were contacted to tell us the work could not start until Tuesday due to a staff accident. We had no problem with this obviously and I took Tuesday and Wednesday off. Tuesday came and nobody turned up (despite us receiving an email stating now the work was complete our payment was due) and we couldn't get in contact with the ground workers. My husband called the store and was twice told he would be called back in 5 mins but wasn't. He went into the Huyton store after work and was promised they would be there 10:30 tomorrow guaranteed. I had wasted a day off work and then next day they didn't arrive until the afternoon and said they won't be able to finish the work and had to come back the next day. The actual grass was completed on the Thursday but we were told they would have to come back the next day to remove the dirt from our front garden which was piled high. Once again we were let down and we had to chase them up to be promised next day. Again nothing and told definitely by the weekend then definitely by Monday. In the end they came Tuesday for the dirt (5 days later) and said they can't get the paving slabs that they had dug up until the next day which would have been 14th June. It's now 2nd of July and they still haven't collected them even though the removal of ground work was included in the price payed. We have now had to arrange removal ourselves.



Once again we are extremely happy with the work completed and understand the accident caused a lot of the problems but the constant delays and promises not being kept has resulted in dissatisfaction.
