What makes one trust the other is the safety factor that needs to be felt from the other side. That is what can be felt by the customers of Walton Taxis service who feel that the experience of the drivers who have been assigned by the company make them reach their destination without any discomfort.

Brilliant service. I rang from heathrow to send me a car they said 25-30 mins. But my driver got me within 20 mins. Fastest taxi i ever had.
Very impressive.

Picked me up on time requested and dropped me to the airport earlier than estimated time :) The driver was poilet, humble and helpful. The price offered was very reasonable. Excellent service, without doubt would use this company again. Thanks for such an amazing service. Recommended to all.

My transfer to the airport was fine however my driver was extremely late picking me up from Heathrow on my return. When I called to check he said he would be there in 20-25 minutes but did not arrive for another 45 minutes.

Do not trust their high star rating - they changed their name from Star Taxis Walton and have clearly paid for lots of 5 star reviews all in the last year.

I would have rated 2 stars (as the outbound journey was fine) however I feel deceived by their star rating as that is how I found them on Google.

After the kind of response I received here I would say if you are not being able to accept criticism then don't start claiming and making false statements. Your T&Cs are clear and you not understanding them is astonishing. Make it easy not to use your "service"

I don't normally post reviews. But in this case I will write a slightly long one.

Since I moved to Walton I used this service 5 times mainly for airport transfer for the past couple of months.

If my rating was based on the first 4 it would've been 4 stars because at least the attitude was right. The drivers were mostly friendly and on time but in rush and seemed to be under pressure.

But usually you would experience the real level of service once things doesn't go exactly to plan. I am giving 3 stars because google don't seem to allow 2.5 stars as 2 stars would be too harsh based on previous experiences.

My last early morning pickup experience from my home wasn't great. The driver did come on time but we were running bit late and I told the driver that it will be 5-10 minutes. the driver sighed and told he need to be in time for another customer so I shouldn't be that late (obviously under pressure) and when I asked how is that is my problem. He told me off saying they expect customers to be ready on pickup time and 10 minutes is too much. While normally I would expect a waiting charge after certain amount of time as with any normal services.

I directly called the operator to complain about the driver attitude and to my surprise the operator instead of explaining their terms and conditions or apologising he said the same that they expect the customers to be time for pickup with no more than 5 minutes and I said 5-10 minutes.

I went through their T&Cs and this is what is written which is standard: "At pick-ups from residential addresses, we allow 15 minutes waiting time, after which we will charge £5 per 15 minutes of waiting"

It might be a one off or maybe I wasn't lucky that both the operators or the driver don't know their own T&Cs.

Why is it difficult to train the staff to communicate efficiently instead of simply telling off the customer for being late and making the whole experience awful. How is that the fault of the paying customer if you don't allow sufficient delay times between jobs? From now on I would think twice before using their service.

Excellent experience. The driver had to drive my mother to the train station in only 10 minutes. He made it just in time and phoned back to find out how she got on. Superb.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This Taxi company is reliable and gets me everywhere I need to go without any problems... All operators are polite and drivers are kind and friendly and courteous. I've tried many companies In the Area but never this level of service.

We used WaltonTaxi service to take my wife to our wedding on our wedding day. The guy turned up a couple of minutes early, knew his way to the venue and was professional. What else do you need?

When I asked for a separate taxi to take us from the venue to our hotel, they were very honest and said that as they were further away local ones would be cheaper, then recommend a local firm!

Indeed, the experience with Walton taxi service is remarkable. The pleasant personality and welcoming attitude of the driver provoked me to write few words here. All the way to my destination, made me feel as I was with my best friend. The smiling face of the guy who provided me the excellent service would be endorsed in my mind and heart. I highly recommend Walton taxi service on the basis of memorable and pleasant experience and I believe that they will continue the services in the same later and spirit. 👌👍💓
