Imagine looking through a window and wanting to explore what’s within; a place where you feel safe and cosy the moment you step inside; a shop where the clock seems to stop; where suddenly there is time to enjoy books, time to share them with the people you love. This is Wardle & Jones.

We stock a small but perfectly formed selection of books, cakes and drinks for all ages and - we think - all tastes. But even better, if you can’t find what you fancy we can get hold of most books for you within just a couple of days. If you're visiting or holidaying in Scarborough and would like to pre-order books for collection when you're next in town just call or email us and your chosen selection can be waiting for your order and it can be waiting for you on your next trip
