The free-to-use gaming centre above the shop is extending it's hours on Thursday 22nd November 2018 until midnight to coincide with the launch of Blackstone Fortress at 00:01AM on Friday 23rd November
Reservations for gaming space are recommended and can be made either in person, phone or via FB message.
Games to be concluded and packed up by midnight.

There is a big gaming room above the store itself which is free to use anytime for club members and there is a wide variety of games played there. There are also cold drinks and snacks available for any who gets the mid-battle munchies...

The WarGame Store is a fantastic independent retailers with an impressive stock list. The thing that truly makes the store special is its staff. Dave and the gang Andre extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and that's why I keep going back for my supplies.

Rang WGS on Monday last and spoke to Dave about Warmachine Mkiii rules etc. Placed an order and it arrived today Thursday. Well and securely packed, just as things should be.



If the real store is anything like the virtual one I've just looked through, you "more local" chaps are pretty darn lucky.

Probably the best online miniatures store around. Excellent range of products. Great prices. Fast delivery at a reasonable price. Undoubtedly the best customer service, package went missing and was a simple thing to get in touch, they sent another out right away And let me upgrade to a speedier delivery system. Only been once to the store so far, but I found it to be a very open and friendly place, very well stocked, and perfect for an old war-gamer like me to get back into the hobby after so many years. It's just under an hours' drive for me, but well worth the effort. Will definitely be returning to add a few more models to my Flames of War British armoured company

Made my first trip to WarGameStore yesterday and as a total noob to table top gaming, I was extremely well looked after. I enjoyed it so much, that I'm heading back up there today!

Just got back from the store and we were blown away by the stock they had as well as the service! They even picked us up from the train station and returned us after our shopping. Can't say enough good about Mike and Dave. Thank you.

I'm not a gamer myself, and I am new to painting miniatures.

This is a great store, full of knowledgeable and helpful people. I have learnt alot about different paint and techniques.

I also very much like the fact that you can be left to your own devices and not pestered by the staff.

I visited the store for the first time yesterday (31/05/17) and was VERY impressed that the full range of Vallejo paints were stocked along with Winsor and Newton brushes, Harder and Steenbeck airbrushes plus thinners, AK enamel washes etc.

I've now found my one-stop shop for everything Vallejo! Great stuff and a very friendly guy behind the counter too.

I'll be back!

I popped in at the weekend and was really impressed with the stock and layout. Nice friendly staff and a great selection. I will be back at some point.

Great guys, fantastic stock range including real time web stock which is very rare for a shop. I ordered my US Marines Thursday afternoon and they arrived Saturday morning even using the free delivery option. Also well worth the 120 mile round trip to visit as the store is amazing.

First time visit today and what a great store. Not only was there a very helpful and friendly service offering advice but the store layout is very good and has a large variety of items in stock. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back again. Thank you. 5/5

Arguably one of the largest gaming stores in the UK, its seems impossible to fault WarGameStore. All the staff are friendly and helpful; everything I have wanted to purchase has been in stock (which is replenished consistently); regular gamers who frequent the store now and then have been helpful with advice - I could go on...



Since shopping at WarGameStore I have made a fair number of new friends and have found a great place to come and enjoy hours of gaming upstairs on the 10 tables, each of which are superb and some crafted by the regular gamers for the store. I would recommend it to anyone, especially for Wednesday Game Night (store open til 10:30pm too for some late night shopping) which are always fun and where anyone is welcome. Long may it last!

Always friendly, pretty much everything is offered at discounted prices and the games room upstairs is both massive and well-equipped.

A really great shop with great staff, who are really knowledgable about all the gaming systems they stock. Been quite a lot of times and are always greeted with a smile. I love it, the kids love it and even the wifey loves it too.
