Very friendly and always on hand to help. Presents lots of hobby options and gives great advice on painting.

My first experience in the shop today was great. The very friendly and helpful lady who was working this afternoon patiently helped my son build a model as he is hoping to start his own game (he's asking Santa for a starter kit). It absolutely made his day and he's not put his model down since. We will definitely be coming back to purchase the kits in December. Thank you so much.

Loved it... definitely in my top 3 shops. That's with Nottingham HQ and Manchester in there...

Kerry runs an excellent and welcoming store, a great place to be introduced to the Warhammer hobby

I am restarting the hobby after a break of nearly 20 years. I went into the store a while back to make my first purchase and was welcomed by Kerry as if I was the most valued person she had ever had in the store. The level of enthusiasm and devotion to service was impeccable. It lead me to email the head office. Something I have never done before. I would recommend this store to anybody!

Haven't painted Warhammer in over 15 years. Popped in today to start again, the lady who dealt with me was very helpful and understanding of my requirements.

Great store! Kerry is an awesome staff member came to collect some stuff but enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the awesome advice/combo! When they are built will Deffo bring my undead to battle here.

Couldn't ask for a manager who cares more about her customers and their experiences than Kerry.

Been in a few times as I work away but the staff and customers are great and the staff always remember our last conversation, great personal touch.
