As part of the preseason injury assessment and training there will be elements of fitness testing. On a separate note the fitness assessments are open to anyone and you can check your fitness levels against published graphs and stats.

Preseason is almost upon us. Having a good mix of training methods and or a structured training program would be advisable. This way it helps reduce the risk of injury during the warm up and certainly when the season gets going.
