Hi there! My name is Warren Jones, and I am a mobile personal trainer and I work for a company called Inspiring Fitness!

The term 'mobile' means exactly that! I have my own vehicle, so it is entirely up to YOU the client as to where we train! Be that at your home, outdoors in the local park, it is just wherever you feel comfortable. With me, the emphasis is always with YOU as YOU are my number one priority.

I provide all my own equipment (although a lot of the time we don't even need any! ), am a REP's accredited personal trainer and I am fully insured by REP's. So you don't have to worry about any of that! . . . All you have to do is listen to what I say, do what I say, and then I 100 percent GUARANTEE that you WILL get results from training with me. Because I believe that success, comes in Can's, not Cant's.

My goal /objective as a P. T is quite simply this; To deliver OUTSTANDING results and service, and change people's Lives!

I am totally professional, thorough, dedicated and focused 100 percent in making sure that all bases are covered and you get the help support you need, whilst having fun and reaching your goals, leaving no stone unturned until we get there! Together! I will provide all the tools you need to get what you DESERVE!

But I will go into more detail on this in your FREE initial consultation and trial!

I am also affiliated with the company Herbalife, and work as an independent distributor for them. However whether you choose to do this or not is entirely up to you! It is certainly not obligatory part of training with me, but just another tool you have that there as a further option that I provide for you to reach your goals!

My own personal motto on health and fitness is this; 'PAIN is temporary; Pride is forever'. I operate on a 'whatever it takes policy' for you to achieve your own personal results, and you can rest assured that when training with me, I will be there to help you to your goals and through all challenges and obstacles EVERY SINGLE STEP of the way.

I work primarily on a 1 to 1 basis with people, however I can run sessions with more people, and group sessions, depending on what you want, so if you know others who would also like to get healthy active and into the best shape of there lives, then please feel free to bring them along to one of my sessions. And at the same time reduce your costs as well!

All of my prices are displayed on my website warren. jones@inspiring-fitness. co. uk. But think of this as a service, and a result that you are getting back. For me, it genuinely isn't about money, it is about changing peoples lives building rapport with people and making people feel better and happier with themselves. I focus on you the client and tailor to your needs and wants and what it is you want to achieve, because I understand that everyone is different. This is what I love about what I do! The variety of working with all types of people with differing aspirations.

I am also currently studying to become a life coach, as I want to become much more than just your average run of the mill personal trainer! Because always want to offer more! More value for money! I always believe the more I can offer people, the better there experience!

Top Tip: if you want a cheap and handy way to get your daily protein requirements in without breaking the bank buying expensive protein shakes, then simply use egg whites, and add them to your morning shake or morning smoothie.
If you are training to build mass, then simply add extra egg whites, and1/4 to 1/2 cup of oats. In the evening have your shake with milk, as milk contains casein, which helps slowly 'drip feed' your muscles with protein during the overnight when your ...body is asleep.
Protein is not simply just a 'body building' nutrient that only 'gym goers' and professional 'body builders' need, contrary to many peoples beliefs on the subject. In actual fact it forms an essential part of your diet and is paramount to helping you to lose weight, as it contains vitally important amino acids needed in a healthy and balanced nutritional lifestyle.
Studies have actually shown that eating lean protein in the morning will help you to stay satisfied throughout the day, curbing your appetite and thus suppressing hunger and the urge to snack on sugary starchy unhealthy foods.
I always say to my clients to remember the old adage of KISS when it comes to dieting: Keep It Simple Stupid, and you wont go far wrong at all! Don't make things complicated, or makes excuses as to why you can't achieve things! If you want to achieve something, then you will always find a way!

Top diet tip: Avoid refined, starchy, processed foods. The best foods are all natural foods, so if it has an ingredients list, it's more than likely been modified and messed with extra sugars and additives added! Always go for natural foods. There are many 'healthy' adverts out there giving us lost of mixed messages regarding what is 'healthy' foods telling us what we should and shouldn't be eating on a daily basis that it can become infuriatingly overwhelming.
Just eat real... foods. It’s that simple. Excessive processed foods/sugars/grains can become a metabolic disaster to your system and all the hormones involved. People have found weight loss so much easier once they have just started eating real (or as some call Paleo) foods. Through more real foods, you can actually be eating less calories overall.
Remember this top tip and you wont go far wrong at all: If it wasn’t around 1000 years ago, then you probably don’t need to be eating it.

Nutrition tip: Disregard the myth that all fat is bad for you. Fat can be your friend, despite the negative connotations it often inspires. Why is fat necessary in our diets? For two main reasons - it signals to your brain when you are full and should stop eating, and it slows down your body's absorption of your meal.
Just make sure you are choosing the right kinds of fat in your diet. It is recommended that we consume approximately 1/3 of our daily calories in mono-unsaturated, or 'healthy' fats - these can typically found in such sources as olive oil, avocado's, peanut butter and most nuts.

Hello all. I would like to take an opportunity to share with you all the totally AMAZING progress of my good friend Sarah Grainger. She has made such outstanding progress, that I just felt the need to share her totally brilliant story on my page. Ultimately the lesson here in all this is simply this: Don't EVER give up on yourself!!! EVER!!! No matter where you are right now, there is always a future for you and a way forwards. So go create it!!
