Washing Machine Man

Called this chap out to a machine that was working but had 'issues' he was polite, prompt and quickly showed me what was causing the problem. He was not expensive and I could tell just from chatting to him that he was a really genuine man who cares. Big thumbs up to Clifford .

We had a problem with the motor on our washing machine. Looking on the Internet we found Washing Machine Man & decided to try him given the reviews. We were not disappointed. He responded quickly, identified the problem immediately & returned at a time convenient to us. He went through the problem & what he was doing. He also gave us advice on the noise we had been experiencing related to the wear on the shock absorbers. He did the job at a reasonable price & the machine is now working really smoothly.
Would certainly use him again. Far better experience than a recent visit organised by a national company masquerading as a local company who on the face of it charged a set fee & then wanted us to pay £60 for a £10 part!
We thoroughly recommend Washing Machine Man. He also fixes dishwashers & electrical issues on fridges, but doesn't touch gas.

I phoned Clifford on a Saturday afternoon, not expecting anyone to answer the phone, but not only did he pick up, he came to fix the problem that same day. Rare to find such a professional, helpful and honest tradesman. Very reasonable price, helped me put everything in the kitchen back as it was (plinths etc), a great guy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him 150%.

Clifford answered his phone the first time I called. This often isn't the case with others, so this was a bonus. Although he couldn't come out that day, he came out the next day at a time that was convenient with me. He was on time, assessed what was wrong, had the parts on him and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.He was trustworthy as we had the same repair done previously with another repair man. Clifford explained that once this repair happens it needs repairing again and again but more quickly. This was useful news.He was also friendly and approachable. He did a great job, would recommend.
