Lovely deluxe room, beautiful decor, excellent restaurant, very friendly staff couldn't do enough to help you. Would definitely recommend.
Totally disgusted in the management of this hotel. Twice I have been to the desk to complain about the spa area being closed today. I booked this hotel to take my elderly mum a weekend treat in the spa for her 80th. She is not mobile and it is the amenities I was interested. Had I know this I would never have booked this hotel. Having to stay in a pokey bedroom that you couldn't swing a cat in. Nobody has came to our room to apologise. The excuse we have been given is that it's closed for repairs today as they 250 club members and need it repaired for them. Absolutely awful. Would like to know Bill Dobbies number to let him know how his hotel is being managed.
Had a black tie dinner. Service was amazing and hotel was clean and well presented.
We had a super stay at this hotel. The food was fantastic in the evening and a great breakfast. The rooms are large and the shower was great. Staff are friendly and the pool was warm. Nothing to dislike, five stars.

The place looked really nice, the presentation of the food was spot on. But it could have been better flavour wise.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Meal was gorgeous. Decor looking good now too.
