Sorry for the short notice. There will be a small presentation on Friday to hand out certificates. We will aim to start at around 5.45. Hope to see you all there to celebrate all the progress each child has made this year. Luke.

TRAINING UPDATE: We will not be starting the session at 5.30 if the rain stays the same. The training will go ahead if the rain stops, this may mean a delayed start. 6.30 - 7.30 session remains on for the time being.

A huge well done to all the kids last night, in the hot weather they all behaved so well. Give them a hi five from me please. A special well done to Jessica who got to take Freddie home this week!

It's going to be very hot this evening so please make sure all children come with a hat and have had sun cream applied. We will be stopping for breaks every 5 minutes or so in the the shade. Can I ask that all children bring a drink with them to the session. Thanks and see you all later!

TRAINING CANCELLED! Unfortunately training is cancelled this week. The rain we have had the last few days as left the ground unsafe for the children. Despite the dry weather now, more rain is forecast leaving us no choice. The bar will be open from 5.30 still. Training for the older groups at 6.30 is also cancelled.

There was a heavy downpour in water Orton just, but the sky is clear now. The only thing we can do is say training is on but if there is anymore rain it will be called off. Even if that is just before 5.30. Grass is very wet but I have deemed it safe and have changed our planned session to suit this. Bar will be open as usually.

Hi all, I'm currently at the club. Rain is coming down and we are at a point where we do not want to call training off so close to 5.30. I am going to wait 15 minutes and check the grass and take into account the weather. We never want to call off training put the children's safety is our main priority. I will update the pages status in 15 minutes with a definite decision. Please share this status. Thanks, Luke

Hi all,
Please keep an eye out for an update on here for training today. Safety is of paramount importance so if the grass is wet and slippy we may have to call it off. Fingers crossed it brightens up so all our mini storks can hear what our 'Super Star of the Week', Frankee, and Freddie have been up to!

Due to the wet weather training tonight at Castle Bromwich Cricket & Sports Club has had to be cancelled this evening. Hopefully the good weather is back with us for next week!

Water Orton Cricket Mini Storks is the clubs stand alone coaching service for children aged 3 - 5 years. Mini Storks improves children's confidence, develops their fundamental physical skills and gives children an opportunity to make new friends.
Sessions are ran by Luke Harding who is qualified to lead physical activity sessions, and has worked in Primary Schools for over 2 years teaching P.E. to all year groups (Nursery - year 6).
Sessions run every Friday 5pm - 6pm and cos...ts £4 per child.
