Waterfall Health Spa, Ambleside

My friend and I had a pamper day, it was good value.

The treatments were great. Jenna really helped my tired back and shoulders and brought back movement.

The whole place is fab. Really well thought out gym and pool hot tubs are great.
The decor is calm and to a high standard throughout.

Lighting tiles all look great and very clean.

Great experience and we will definitely return.

Just had a spa day package for my pregnant wife and I as a treat before baby arrives and couldn't fault it. Two treatments each and an excellent and very filling lunch in the hotel. Great value for money and couldn't have had a better day. Thank you to all the staff.
