Fantastic day at the Handmade Parade, what a great weekend in Hebden. Many thanks and congrats to all concerned.
We have just completed our massive refurbishment following the Boxing Day floods, and look forward to welcoming back all our regular customers. Many thanks to everyone who has helped us through this challenging time, Watergate Tea Rooms are now open again!
This is our regular pit stop for coffee, lunch or afternoon tea when visiting Hebden Bridge. It is very handily located in the centre of the town, very near to the “bridge”. If the ground floor is full, there is another room upstairs. Decor and furniture is quality and clean. The staff are very welcoming and the kitchen is close, bustling and visible. A wide variety of snacks, meals and cakes, all based on healthy ingredients are available. Charges are surprisingly moderate for such quality. Try it, well worth a visit, but save me a table!
Probably our favourite place in Hebden Bridge. Fantastic, friendly service and a delicious cup of tea that really hits the spot!
Our first visit to Hebden Bridge and we were very pleased with this place. Food was delicious, very clean premises and friendly staff. Bannofee pie was yummy, shared with hubby, but next time we'll have a piece each
Lovely meal at The Watergate. The gluten free smoked salmon sandwich was yummy and the best gluten free crumble I've ever eaten. My toddler loved her beans on toast and I was very jealous of my Mums beef and gravy baguette. Thank you again x
