Very nice room with a wonderful view, staff and breakfast are incredibly nice. It's lovely to have a drink on the grounds would definitely come again when visiting beautiful Coniston.
I just know that this is the best wedding venue and all the staff go out of their way to make your special day one to remember
Very Disappointed with the check in process. Appeared to not made a Booking via Travel Zoo. Only when checking booking reference did they realise that booking was in another name who had stayed previously. Very stressful. Rest of stay was ok
Great 2 night stay without any issues and excellent wi-fi throughout the hotel. Clean rooms the chaos of the new year. Highly recommended.
A little tired but beautiful location. You could look at this place from two viewpoints. You can either see it as a tired hotel that has seen better days or as an opportunity for those on a tighter budget to experience a lovely building and amazing views. Service is ok and the full English breakfast was quite tasty. Rooms are tired but spotlessly clean.
Just had a fabulous 2 night break. The staff are extremely nice. Lottie in reception is the first person we got to meet. She was very welcoming. The meals were fab. It's always said that "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day," we certainly started our days with a full belly and a smile on our face due to Janet. Your smile and friendly nature is a lovely way to start the day. We will defiantly be back 😃
