Great place on the edge of Lake Windermere. Rooms great as is staff. Lovely seating outside to watch the world go by.

Amazing food! Well worth the price we paid. I would suggest booking beforehand though, as we were turned away on the Monday due to not being any spare tables for a few hours. However, after booking for the Thursday, we were blown away with both the service and quality of food
Genuinely a little gem of a hotel right on lake windermere. Try and go for a lake view room as its worth it, but as it s so easy to get to the pier for trips,any room would be great. Excellent service from all staff especially reception when we arrived. Plenty of parking at the front and both sides of the hotel. Thank you for a special 2 night break. I need to go on a diet now 😃
Amazing food and services. Exceptional manners and service from Fernando. High quality food and great prices. Amazing decor and great choice of drinks. To top it off, Fernando makes an amazing cup of coffee!!
Loved it! Great hotel, we stopped in a classic room which was very clean and quite spacious. Bathroom looked quite new, lovely toiletries. Food was lovely, we had breakfast and evening meals. Staff were very helpful. Great location opposite a dock where you could get a boat to a few locations. Also dog friendly, dog bed, food and water bowls were provided. Couldn't really fault it, will definitely be back.
Lovely location right at the waters edge in Water head. We had breakfast twice, lunch once (sat outside) and an evening meal here (5 of us). Loved all four meals. The staff are amazingly polite, friendly and helpful and we all agreed when we come back to the Lakes we will stay here too.

Absolutely first class hotel. In a boutique style less than 50 metres from the Windermere lake. This hotel is stylish, comfortable, warm and relaxing. The staff were excellent and the service was brilliant, food in both the bar and the restaurant was very very good and the full English breakfast was cooked to perfection. I can not praise this hotel highly enough. We were on the ground floor with views overlooking the lake and despite the weather (rain and more rain) it did not spoil our enjoyment of the hotel, the area or the amenities available.
