Very old underground station. Really needs an upgrade - it's very hot in summer and very cold in winter. It's also one of the busiest, I try and avoid it at peak times wherever possible. However, the staff are always helpful and the signage is very clear.

I'm not sure what Ray Davies was on when he wrote about Waterloo Underground. "Thousands of People"? Seems like a bit of an understatement. But if you're from Muswell Hill, why would you go there anyway?

It was a wet and miserable day. I really wanted to see the Thames. So I took the bus to Euston (stop A) and I saw the BFI, the Thames and Somerset house.

User

No complaints. Always easy to get where I needed to go.

Fine big station with a lot of connections. It has the amazing efficiency i have come to expect from the London underground.

Really busy. Good range of cafes and restaurants

The station is well connected but it is confusing and crowded.

If you can't walk 25km/h, don't walk here. Time is money and we walk FAST!

I have used this station a lot in the past.
The entrance is one of my favourite pieces of architecture in London.
Always look up and you never know what you will see.
