It's that time of week again, the night before weigh in. Your mind is probably in one of two camps - excited to see the results after a good week or trying to talk you out of coming tomorrow. If it's the first one I salute you - hard work, focus and determination got you there and you should be so proud of your week. Well done!
If it's the second one, chances are your stomach is sick, you feel annoyed and disappointed with yourself for being in this position, possibly yet aga...in. You are considering skipping meals tomorrow until weigh in and are setting impossibly high targets for the following week. Every post on this page is grating on your last nerve and you are strongly considering just not coming to group. It can't hurt if you don't face it, right?
What I want to tell you is all that means is that you are human, and I know because I am all of the above on different weeks. I get it. We get it.
What I also want to tell you is that you are not a failure. You matter, you deserve to feel good, and you can do this. And then....if you can do this....imagine what else you can achieve. When you come home from group tomorrow give yourself a pat on the back, because you chose the hard option- the one that took courage. See you tomorrow:) Erin x
