OK fish and chips but expensive for what they were, unhappy staff and weird owner who appears to distrust staff, (he takes £20 notes off of them when received, he must think they will steal them?!) There are much better fish and chips in the area, I won't be going back

Really love this fish and chip shop. Really tasty fresh chips and the guy who runs it is friendly and great with the kids. I go back lots. Highly recommended.

Food was good. Just don't expect much in the way of friendly customer service if a local/regular is behind you in the queue, having a conversation shouted over the top of your head isn't great.

Rolled in on the way home as the feedback seemed good. There's a car park nearby, just off the main road which was really handy. Once inside we were treated really well, as if we had been going for years, joining in the banter and given a small tray of the nicest chips to tide us over whilst waiting for our order. If your passing through Macclesfield, stick this place on your to-do list.

Top chippy. Good chips, good portions, mushy peas homemade.
