It is 300 years old and has lots of wonderful character. You can enjoy the views 365 days of the year. Summer is gorgeous sitting in the garden watching people sail or enjoy the wonderful bird and butterfly life that is all around you including the rare Swallowtail Butterfly. Enjoy sailing rowing, canoeing. In Winter you can keep cosy and warm and still enjoy the view over the broad, and watch the birds or fish, walk on the beach or sail and canoe if you are of hardy stock!
